[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my new Whirlpool fridge. It does make some noise to let you know it is working. I'm sure I'll get used to it. Also, my sour cream was frozen while in the fridge. I like all the storage room and can see most everything when I open the door. I would recommend this refrigerator, and I am hoping it will give me at least 23 good years as my other whirlpool did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am taking a little time to get used to a side by side rather than the big drawer freezer,, but so far I love being able to sort things and see things better when I can individually place things on shelves. I hated digging through that drawer looking for something.

I think the refrigerator will be fine. It is too soon to judge, but so far it works well. The “in-door” ice feature, is frustrating, the button needs to be pushed at a certain area, for it to work…..my former one, did not, but I guess I will learn.
I should have tried before buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love; the size and the options to adjust the shelves. The doors are just deep enough to hold a gallon jug. And the tops of the doors do not have the additional inch of height because the hinges are inside the corners.
Do not like; the loudness of the motor when the fridge is cooling - way louder than my last three fridges. Also, the icemaker makes more noise (is there less insulation on the freezer side?) when dropping a new load of ice into the storage chamber.

Our first Whirlpool refrigerator product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for approx 3 weeks and so far has lived to to our expectations. we picked the side by side because of the way our kitchen layout is. We find the lower drawer model cumbersome and hard to access items to use (can't readily see what you need). At first after dispensing the ice bucket 3 or four time before use, the ice jammed up and would not dispense ice(it kind of froze up). We cleaned out the auger, ice bucket and turned up the temperature in the freezer area. Ice has now be dispensing normally. All in all pleased with the product
