Ice Machine didn't work properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice machine didn't work properly - already had to called in a service call to get the parts replaced. Waiting for the parts to be order and have him come back and replace it all. I also wish it had an extra door shelf, I feel there is this large space that could be use for more storage if I had another shelf. The shelf spacing in the freezer is akward. You either set it up with large gaps that are 10-12 inches or you can have small 5 inch gaps between shelves, enough for some boxed frozen food. Just odd, I feel there should be more options to adjust shelves as you want them.

Whirlpool model we replaced had some plus features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenses 72 degrees from the door spigot, requiring use of the "ice" dispenser, The crushed ice setting spits stray pieces of ice on the collector pad below, which requires a clean-up each time.
No butter keeper like in earlier models, but we can make this model work.

Spacious with Bright LED Lights

We replaced our 24-yr-old KitchenAid Superba earlier this summer. We loved that fridge and were hoping to find another side-by-side we would like just as much. Our new 36-inch Whirlpool did not disappoint. First off, the size is fab. We have more storage space in both the fridge and freezer compartments. The bright LED lights make it easy to see everything. The control panel is elegant and easy-to-use. We did have one glitch with the icemaker when a part broke, but Whirlpool responded quickly. The repair was successful, and we haven't had any problems since. The fridge layout is convenient, and for the first time, we can get to those often used items without having to shuffle everything around.

Ice Maker does not work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the icemaker has not worked. Whirlpool is sending a repairman to fix it today. I have had to make ice in ice trays for a week and cannot use the icemaker in the refridgerator.

Nice side by side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Side by side frig/freezer. Like the no fingerprint finish. Lots of room. The only issue was the water slowed to a trickle. I did everything I could to resolve the problem except call for service. I decided just to order another filter and once I installed it, the issue went away. We have a whole home filter system so I'm sure there was nothing that clogged it. Anyway we like it
