Nice but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is nice looking and seems to be working fine, but it is noisy. There’s something vibrating in it. It always hums but it does it at a higher level. Don’t know how it’s energy efficient if something is always running. But appliances aren’t made to last like the old ones, even though they are supposed to be energy efficient. So in the terms it says that if they do t like your review they have the option to publish it?

seems to rattle a LOT and is very noisy if something is not in a drawer ... can be heard 3 rooms away!
it does make ice fast
but overall, for 2025, i would say closer to 1 star

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice unit. The ice maker gives finer crush then previous freezer, that's a BIG PLUS. Plenty of torage without needing more space for installation.

Good product but don’t buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product however, at times, the ice maker will produce too much ice. Although the product is good, I would not purchase it again because the Customer Service and Registration departments are unsatisfactory. My account information was input incorrectly by the Registration department. When attempting to correct the mistake made by the young lady, I have spoken to three people, waited approximately an hour with absolutely no results!
