Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago.it was cool within 2 hourss. I love all the lighting. The outer finish is great and stays clean. The space and shelving is amazing! I like the separate ice and water levers , they are a bit noisy compared to my last but it’s very tolerable. And the motor is a bit noisier if you are standing next to it but also very tolerable . Overall very pleased !!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement unit for another model that did not freeze correctly. That being said, this freezer works fantastic and the refrigerator side maintains its correct temperature. No more throwing away groceries.

Concerned about noise level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the refrigerator a few days, so it's hard to say if we'll like it or not. The one immediate concern I have is the noise level of the compressor. I reported this, so that it was on record, but have decided to wait a while to see if things change. We have some items loaded in both the refrigerator and freezer, but it's far from full.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago when my Frigidaire side by side quit working. The repairman said it was not worth fixing and suggested that I look at Whirlpool. I am glad I did. We love everything about it and highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is not what I expected it to be. The adjustable shelves in the side-by-side refrigerator section cannot be used in the spacing that I need because of the air vents put in bad places! This is causing a waste of space and not really using the 28 cubic feet efficiently. Very bad design.
Also, the refrigerator doesn't keep the compartment at 37 degrees as set by manufacturer and what food is supposed to be kept at. The minute the door is opened, it becomes 50 degrees and stays there a long time after door is shut. I have adjusted the temperature to 35 degrees which has helped a little bit. Maybe my new refrigerator is defective.
This refrigerator is replacing a 34 year old GE one that worked so much better! Guess I know how to take care of refrigerators!
