So far it has worked flawlessly. I tried a few other systems that failed in this application so its pretty exciting. I posted 4 stars because I only have a short time with the system. Customer support was also quick and accurate with my questions.

I like the design of the expansion battery. Sleek and compact. I placed the battery on the bottom of my utility cart using a step stool to allow easier connection.
