Leaky Poor Design

The base is poorly designed as it has two separate pieces that come together and as a result my humidifier had a manufacturing defect and leaked everywhere.

Love this humidifier

Quiet, super efficient, easy to clean compared to other humidifiers this rules, I bought my first Blue air early December 2024 then bought a second one a week later. I live in the northeast, have always had humidifiers and it’s the first winter my hands have not cracked from dryness, what more do I need to say. Love this product!

Not what I was hoping for

I was so excited to receive this humidifier! I own 4 Blue Air purifiers and was happy to see a humidifier by them. However, I’m not sure if my humidifier is defective or just not user friendly at all, but the top does not align with the base at all. The handle on the base appears to be getting in the way of a correct alignment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To allow the top half of the humidifier to set into the water tank properly, we would recommend checking that the tabs on the wick filter cage assembly are at the bottom and facing the water pump assembly when installed. This will allow the top to properly set into the water tank at the bottom. We have reached out to you directly to help get your humidifier set up!

We would certainly expect it to work in a small bedroom as it is designed to be used in spaces up to 500 square feet. If your humidifier is set to Auto Mode, the target humidity level may have already been reached. You can try increasing the target humidity level or switching to manual operation by selecting a Fan Speed. The humidifier is very nice and while larger in real life than the pictures, the water container is only lasting one day. Also, the use of the WiFi app connection is unduly complicated and very difficult to figure it out. I finally got it to work, but it's almost a good reason to send the unit back. It's just too complicated and unnecessary and not useful or needed.

Extremely Hard connect. Didn't realize wifi connect was the only way to operate this humidifier . I wasn't able to connect the device at all. It had to go back.

Smart Humidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This humidifier has everything you could want in a humidifier. You can control the humidity levels with the app which is really nice, and even get a read on the humidity levels in your room. This is meant for a medium sized room so our bedroom is perfect for this one. The mist is invisible so it doesn’t do any surrounding damage to our walls or floors. My skin has looked so much better since I started running this and I feel like I can breathe better.
