Easy Refill

This humidifier has been great! I especially like the fact that you don't have to remove the tank to refill it. It's also very quiet and easily adjustable via the on screen buttons or on the app. Other than filling up the tank occasionally, it's set it and forget it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like that you can choose a humidity goal. The great thing is that if your space is already humid for whatever reason, the machine will go on standby until the humidity drops below your preset level which extends the life of the filter and it doesn't need to be filled as often.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working after two months

I have been generally happy with my two Blueair purifiers, so when the humidifier went on sale, I picked one up for my bedroom. Even though I followed the cleaning instructions dutifully, it just stopped working exactly 60 days after my purchase. It will no longer pull water from the tank and the humidity in my bedroom drops below what I have set. I have also tried turning the fan on all the way, still doesn't work. If the filter needs to be replaced after two months (instead of six as advertised) to resolve this issue, that's really a problem. The replacement filters are more than three times the cost of my old Honeywell humidifier. What a waste.

Stopped working after less than a month.

It's not even been a month, and it has stopped working. Waiting to hear from support. The water level is fine. The filter and unit had been cleaned several times, yet sometime in the middle of the night, it stopped working, even though the fan kept running. I am frustrated as I really need a humidifier for health reasons, and now I don't have one working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great - but needs a bigger tank

I bought this humidifier to replace a different one I had that had too many tiny crevices and was prone to growing pink stuff all over it within two days. I love how easy this humidifier is to clean, I like that it produces invisible mist, and I think the auto function works very well.
The two thing's I don't care for are the way it looks (I have no solution for this, it just looks a bit cheap to me), and I don't like the size of the tank. I have to add water to it two to three times a day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It Works in the Desert!

I live in the Sonoran Desert where the air is usually very, very dry. This humidifier does a very good job at adding moisture to the air, and this is quite helpful during sleeping hours. It works as advertised.... no mineral residue anywhere while using tap water. And it is extremely quiet. There are three speeds and it can hardly be heard on the first two.

I purchased two units on October 25, 2024. They are now both not working. Similar complaints to what others have noted. The water tank is full, but the unit no longer pulls water and gives an error that there is no water in the tank.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear about the issue with your humidifiers! The low water indicator light staying on can happen when the unit is filled without turning it off. To help get the humidifier drawing in water again after it's been filled, power the humidifier off and then back on. This will reset the pump and allow it to detect the newly added water. Good product, too-small water reservoir

Nice design, quiet operation, easy fill with a pitcher to pour water in the top. However, I'm having to refill it every 8 hours. I can't get through the night without it running out of water.

The runtime can vary based on humidity levels and settings. For the best performance, we recommend placing the humidifier in a room up to 500 sq. ft, adjusting your preferred target humidity level, and setting the humidifier to Auto mode. This allows the device to react to changing humidity and adjust to meet your target level. Initially, it will consume more water to increase the humidity, but once the target is reached, it will use less water to maintain it.
