Can't charge my S22 Ultra, it would lose charge faster than the snap charge could work. Guess I'll stick to my normal charger. Shame I wasted money on this.
This thing gets crazy hot. I purchased in order to charge wirelessly through my new SnapGrip Luxe because it no longer worked with my own wireless charging stand, and OhSnap informed me they could only guarantee wireless charging with their own products. So I purchased the Snap Charge along with the stand. In the 1-2 hours it can take to charge my phone from 20-30% to full, it gets searingly hot. Not good for the battery, and I'd be concerned about fire. Disappointing product from a company that I've come to expect much higher quality product.
This pains me to share, as I adore the creative marketing of Snap, but the accessories that I’ve purchased to complement the Snap grip do not deliver. The car mount does not stay attached and this charger overheats and has a slower charge rate than other brands I own. Additionally, the need to buy a specific power device to support it makes the one of the most expensive chargers with low ROI I’ve ever experienced.
I've tried placing the grip in multiple areas of my phone, it keeps cutting in and out of charge on my S23 Ultra. It won't charge and stay charging in my car. I am using a 45W USBC plug in adapter.I'm very annoyed.
