Stopped charging

I was very hopeful with this purchase but it stopped charging after just two weeks. I’ve even tried with no phone case and it is just dead- the magnetic capability is not nearly as strong as they claim, which I overlooked, but now I’m requesting a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I don't have one of these, but it appears that the cable isn't one that can be replaced. What happens if the cable gets damaged?

Fell apart after less then a week. Two parts of casing glued together and separates when the phone is removed.
