Only charges when it feels like it.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 24, and this charger only seems to want to charge it whenever it feels like it. I wake up with a dead phone and missed calls all the time. I have the new OSnap. I've used the old OSnap and the old charger for years, and they worked great. The second I upgraded, my phone doesn't ever charge
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If works but is very slow compared to other wireless chargers I have. Tried removing phone case and wasn't any better.

Not sure if it’s the grip or the snap charge but the magnets aren’t strong enough to hold an iPhone max. Super disappointing

Why did t I do this along time ago, flipping a magnet to charge is heaven compared to plugging in that small cord everyday!!

I bought an OhSnap grip earlier this year but I was still using a traditional Magsafe charger every night. This meant sliding the grip off every night, which eventually scratched up my case.I ended up buying an OhSnap case, the Snap Charge and the stand, and it's all working very well together - just as it's supposed to. The Snap Charge attaches firmly to the stand, and when I place my phone nearby, it locks it right into place. While I could sorta charge my phone on Magsafe with the grip on there, it was not a good magnetic connection so it wouldn't hold in place or fully charge.So at this point my phone is fully OhSnap'd out and it's working well.
