Disappointment

Using with Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, a very thin case, and of course, the Snap grip. The connection is constantly dipping in and out. The phone will say it is fast charging and then immediately after... its not charging. Back and fourth incessantly. And like so many other comments on here... it gets ridiculously hot to the point I get warnings from the phone itself about the temp. I WANTED this to work so bad because the concept is great. But it just straight up absolutely DOES suck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't use this charger without it over heating the phone too. So hot yoy can't even pick the phone up. Waste of money. I have been highly disappointed in all the products we've purchased except for the phone holder.

Overheating

All products work well together, reasonable time to charge but 2-3 minutes in and it so hot i cant hold my phone . I have a Samsung z flip 4 . They didnt say nowhere it could do that so be carful . I still give 3 stars because i think everything else is good .The grip is fun and easy to use and install .The car mount is very sturdy and the magnet is really strong.

Not long lasting

Loved it at first! Down side- it gets really hot, and makes the phone hot to the touch. Now six months later it just randomly stopped charging. Ironically, as I was messing with it trying to figure out what’s wrong, my ohsnap pop socket broke in two places. What a disappointment

This charger got so hot, I was concerned about a fire. I couldn't set it down because of that worry, and I couldn't hold it without being burned. I tried it numerous times with various plugs, so it's definitely the charger. Love the Oh Snap device, but it doesn't charge well with it on and the charger that works great with the device is dangerous.

Gets screamin hot when charging.!! Great connection but i can't even hold my phone it is so hot. No way that is good the phone and not a firehazard. No thanks!

Doesn't work with Pixel 7

I've had a OhSnap Luxe 4 for my phone for a while now, since last Christmas 2023. I initially planned on getting the wireless charger later, so I got it for my Birthday, turns out it doesn't work Google Pixel 7. It starts charging, then drops charge, then starts and stops... 📈📉📈📉 The Luxe 4 is still good though, so if you're thinking about buying one I would, it's held up to use!I tried without case issue persists, seems others had the same issue, I think it's a Google Pixel incompatibility issue rather than the product. Basically I'm saying it's a good product just doesn't work for Pixel phone(s).
