The Cricut Maker 4 sure has kept me busy but in a good way. And Design Space is such a great tool for my card making and wedding business. I enjoy scrolling thru Design Space and getting ideas and creating my own. Their are hundreds of ideas and helpful hints that I never would have thought of that have boosted ideas and things that I can make!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cricut Maker 4 - Useless & Unreliable Software

While the Cricut Maker 4 device has proven its reliability, the software that drives the device is completely useless, unreliable and littered with bugs.
The software is driven by subscription to use the Maker 4 properly and anything you purchase cannot be used after the subscription has ended. So they lock you into a subscription for life.
I have never seen my wife in tears so many times. Driven by frustration, anger and helplessness.
She will spend so much time in a design and then the app will crash and exit. All that time lost, the idea of chasing that dream design and so close to completion and then all is lost!
The Design software is just as useless as Cricuts Support, as they generally blame the issues on connectivity.
Be warned, stick to Brother at least it does not rob you of your life and dreams.

Speed & precision in one beautiful package!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! If speed and precision are what you want, the Maker 4 is the machine to get. It has cut every material I have tried perfectly. I make a lot of cardstock projects and I'm used to having to use my True Control knife from time to time when cuts are left hanging, but that's no longer an issue with this baby. And, it's SUPER fast too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Flawless cutting and speed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color! The seashell is a really beautiful pink color. The maker 4 is considerably faster when cutting, which is a plus. I’ve cut stickers with holographic overlay, vinyl, smart vinyl, iron on, insert cards and lots of paper! All with great results! The mats loaded easily. Overall, really great machine!

These machines are horrible. Slow. Glitchy. And did I say SLOW. Worst money I have ever spent.

Horrible experience

I’ve replaced the machine once. This one is worse than my last one. It cuts offset, doesn’t recognize tools sometimes, knife blade shreds everything, the fine blade shreds the paper and stickers. I’ve talked to techs. They are mailing me a free knife blade. Every day is a struggle. I’ve had this machine 1 month!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
