The Maker 4 is a definite upgrade from my original Maker that I had. I still use the cutting mat most of the time because that’s what I am used to but it’s nice to have the option of using smart vinyl. The Maker 4 is also a lot quieter than my Maker. I would highly recommend this machine even for beginners because Design Space is the same.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The speed is wonderful, and the precision of the cuts can’t be matched. It’s just a little loud compared to the Maker 3 I had previously.

I love my Cricut Maker 4, but I was more or less forced into buying it. My Maker 3 lasted less than 3 years, and for the price, that's not good ROI. Sometimes during cutting a big project, it'll just disconnect, and I have to unload and start over - wasting product. And this is with it being hard-wired to my computer, not using Bluetooth. I will say it's faster and quieter than the Maker 3, though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Cricut 3 wasn’t quite a year old when the 4 debuted. I was skeptical getting it but wanted it for the faster speed. It is indeed faster than the former models and I was happy I bought it.

I absolutely love the Cricut Maker 4. I have saved so much time since I’m able to use the 24 inch mat, if I was using the correct HTV I think I could have made a 12ft continuous banner.
