I upgraded from the Explore Air 2, mainly because I do a lot of paper craft and wanted the scoring wheel option. It's absolutely fantastic! Cuts much faster than the Explore Air 2 and I really like how it checks the mat length and auto aligns beforehand. I also like the simplified material selection (as opposed to the dial) and option to use the matless vynil for larger projects. Highly recommend!
The Maker 4 is an upgrade from my Original Maker. It is faster and more powerful. The only thing I don’t like is that the feeder doesn’t always grab the mat. I have to push it to go in.
I have had a Maker original for a very long time. It still works! However, I have wanted the Maker 4 for a while.
I’m glad I purchased it. It was easy to setup and it really is faster and quieter than the original. I just wished the cord that plugs into the computer was longer. I was able to set up the Bluetooth, but someone told me that I shd use the cord when doing larger projects.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a Cricut Maker 4 Bundle. The Cricut products (Light Grip Mat, Transfer Tape, Medium Cardstock, Smart Iron-On and Smart Permanent Vinyl) tucked inside the box will not straighten out whatsoever!! It's as if I wasted my money purchasing the Bundle Package! The Cricut Maker 4 works great and was easy to activate.
