Geat machine but Needs improvement in firmware and

So it cuts nice. Just have to finagle the settings to get the DoC right for stuff.
So the criucut is a great tool and all. BUT 2 things:
The blue tooth is bad. It takes a bunch of work to reconnect the maker 4 to the Pc via bluetooth.
I can't use USB because the Cricut is in a separate room (about 10 ft away).
Once it connects the cutting is fine. I with you included a wifi radio like a regular printer at least.
2: I don't like the software in one aspect. If I want to drop a bunch custom of image files in the library, I can't.
I would like the feature to drop 20 files in one go.

Love the Cutting Speed

The Maker 4 is my 3rd machine in 4 years. My first was the Maker. It died after a year and a half. My second was the Maker 3, which recently broke down due to the bushings in the carriage going bad. Now I have the Maker 4. I hope this one lasts longer because I can't keep buying machines once a year. With that being said, I love the Maker 4 as it it a lot faster that the other machines. So far, so good. I did, however, purchase the 3 year warranty with the hopes that if I need a replacement machine, I will get a NEW one and NOT a refurbished one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Super User Friendly for First Timers

It's been a bit of a frustrating journey with my Cricut Maker 4. It's the first time I've used a Cricut machine. There aren't any instructions when downloading the software on how to operate the software or machine. I have to watch YouTube videos to figure most things out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First time Cricuter

I have had the machine for just over a month now and have been able to complete several projects. The software is intuitive to use when you understand the tools available. The speed in which the machine cuts is impressive and makes projects quick to execute. The selection of tools provided with the machine made it easy to start creating out of the box. I have used the machine to cut around 12 projects, mostly vinyl for decals and some htv vinyl for t-shirts and a handful of card projects. The only negative I have found is that the blade can sometimes pull at card material making the cuts rough, difficult to remove from the mat without damage and leaves a bit of a rough edge to pieces once cut outs have been removed. I feel I may need to invest in a new blade already after only a few projects

Fun machine with so many possibilities

I bought this about a month ago fo myself for Christmas. Started using it to make personal tshirts and did gift tags and decorations for Christmas. This thing can do so many things. The projects are fun and turn out beautiful. Machine runs pretty quick for most projects and its quiet and easy to use. The program is better on the computer than phone to make projects. Lots of designs, just wish you didn't hav o pay to upgrade projects since machine is pricey. All in all.ot s fun and can distract you for a full day making so many fun things using so many different types of materials. I cant wait to try all the different types of materials. The precision cutting so far is amazing.

I wanted to use it with usb not usb c and it would not wok even with an adapter. It is for a work computer that I cannot use Bluetooth so it was frustrating.

Super fun

I was gifted this by my husband asa early Christmas gift! Absolutely love the versatility. It’s super fast and works great with my Brothers printer. So far I’ve used card stock and different vinyls. All were cut beautifully. I would’ve appreciated actual test projects included with the sample Materials that it came with. As an absolute beginner I love it.
