Be prepared to be frustrated

This was bought by our school to use for making items for students, and allowing them to design things on their own. This is one of the MOST complicated machines that I have ever had to use. Getting it to connect is hard, and it doesn't like to connect to more than one computer. It cuts out the most random parts of some designs. That's assuming that you can actually get it to cut in the first place. That's its own battle half of the time. The frustration I have felt with not only this machine but the whole line of cricut products is....insane. It is such a money hungry thing that every little machine needs something different, and they will not talk to each other.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The biggest problem I’m having is that when it jams I have to completely unplug it to get it started again and the mats become unusable quickly, no matter what I do to keep them clean, which is an added expense I wasn’t expecting. Some way to restick them would be nice

I would love to know if the maker 4 accessories tray fits in the explore 4 tray drawer, if not will they be making one? I love the machine other than that :)

Blazing Fast!

My husband bought it for me to upgrade my Explore 2. It is blazing fast by comparison! I'm so glad he got it for me! The Explore 2 is now my 14year old grand daughter's first machine. She's a digital artist, and already earning money with her creations!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and I hv found tht it is really easy to use. I am still learning all the different techniques but I foresee alot of projects in my future.

I absolutely love my Explore 4. The speed is so much faster than my Explore 2. It was completely compatible to my old machine and all my projects. I have had zero problems with my new machine. Thank you.

I bought the Explore 4 about a month ago, to replace my Explore Air 2. My old machine still works but the E4 was being sold at an amazing price! It cuts so much faster !
