Just upset that I had to purchase a new Cricut all because the print and cut scanner light would not read the registration marks when my Cricut was only 3 years old.
Love the explorer 4. It’s quieter and faster than my old explorer 2
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this for myself as a birthday present. For what I was hoping to do, I should have gotten the Maker rather than the Explore 4. Finding that instructions are lacking for many of the projects that I would like to try. The materials are not readily available. The machine itself seemed to work fine, but weeding was difficult on the designs that I chose because the Smart vinyl was not cut thoroughly. Shopping for products is difficult -- for example needing printable vinyl for laser printers and it is not categorized that way. Still can't connect via Bluetooth. No easy way to 'center' the design on the blanks.
Your free software is a total scam . It is so hard to navigate because everything is rigged to make you believe that purchases are necessary. If I would have known that the "FREE" software was so terrible due to trying to make you pay for something at every turn, I would have never bought this machine.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to outline your experience, as we are always looking for ways to improve our members' experience. Our Member Care would be happy to walk you through using our software.
I was told that I could make stencils from my own design if I drew them out. Your software doesn't allow free hand drawing. So I can't make stencils that I need. So therefore I just wasted all this money purchasing all these supplies and unit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been, especially when you were excited to create your own stencil designs. We understand how disappointing it feels when a feature doesn’t work the way you were promised. Our software does not have a feature that allows free hand drawing, however, you can upload the drawing into DesignSpace by taking a picture of your drawing and then uploading, or using additional graphic design software and uploading those created designs. Here's an article that tells how to get that design into DesignSpace:
Your comments help us see where things may feel unclear for new users, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. Please contact us at Cricut Member care if you have any additional questions. We would love t help answer questions or make things more clear.

Basic machine won't even cut out my very basic logo. Spent 2 hours on the ohone/video call with "support" who make you register the product to then tell you you cannot return a product that is registered. Save your money.
