Dumbest idea not having a vent, 😡. Have to clean the drain EVERY load and still gives a high suds error message. In addition to having to clean the filter, which is really difficult to get to because of the detergent dispenser, you have to take a wet rag and wipe all the lint off the gasket. If you don't then the clothes get all fuzzy from it. Basically with cleaning the lint trap in the water line I get 2 loads of laundry done before I get the high suds error on the third load. Piece of crap on a good day it's 4 hours to wash and dry when it shows an error except a good 7 hours.

Flooded my Condo

Flooded my condominium with an overpowered drain pump. I'd give it -5 stars if i could. Has likely done more damage that its worth. I would have been better off if I'd literally been robed.

Unhappy with product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought at the end of January. I love that I don’t have to switch the clothes from machine to machine. The issues are that it still needs its own drying time after the initial wash/dry setting. It FILLS with lint and your clothes will be completely covered in lint. Throws a low pressure code mid wash or dry setting. Throws a draining code every cycle as well. Really regretting the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes well does not dry well the drum will not even be half full and you have to run the dryer 2 times for it to dry the clothes. It is currently not working after only being 3 months old. I have been waiting over a week for them to find someone to fix it so my family of 5 have been having to go to the laundry mat for washing

Superb product if you level set your expectations.

I really like this all-in-one. I have two dual action agitator washers, an impeller and this front load all-in-one. A common concern is lint collection around the bellows when using the drying cycle since the unit doesn't have a separate lint filter. Even though there is some lint build up, I don't notice it on my clothes. With some all-in-ones that have a lint filter, there have been a lot of concerns with the filters not trapping all the lint and allowing it to build up on condenser coils. With this unit, the lint is washed down the drain so I don't have to worry about less effective drying. You do have to set your expectations for any all-in-one unit. They will take longer to dry than a normal vented dryer. But the cost savings can be immense. One thing many people don't take into account is the air you vent through your dryer to outside has to be replaced from inside your house. So you are spending extra money reconditioning air coming back into your house only to push it back out again.
I like being able to "set it and forget it" until a load is done. For my use, this is a wonderful product.
This unit has so many features - load and go detergent dispenser, heated wash, sanitize feature and a dryer. But with all these features, I find it frustrating the one thing left off of the unit was a delay timer to start your unit several hours later. If this unit had this feature, the product would have been a 5 out of 5 for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not so Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and so far am not very happy with it. The buyers manual is pretty useless and trying to get help on how to use my new machine has been a nightmare. There is really no human I have been able to speak with and the online chat is a joke. I am going to try again but so far I would have a hard time recommending this product.

Has some kinks to work out

We bought this in October and started using it in December. We have 3 cats and this probably contributes to the washer frequently clogging due to the lint management system. When this happens, you have to drain the basin and the setup for this is not ideal. We can go 4 full loads before we get the error message and have to unclog again.
During the drying cycle, water accumulates in the detergent tray, and then drips down the side of the unit to the floor. Poor design.
Other issue is the control panel sometime is unresponsive and I have to unplug the unit and plug it back in.
