Junk Unit Don't Buy

Avoid at all cost!!!!

We bought a brand new house that had this installed. It has been nightmare from day one. It doesn't do anything well. It doesn't dry even with only one item. The lint system is a fail. I have to clean it after every load and the filter and drain are difficult to empty do to design issues. This machine has been a pain since first use. I have read the owner manual and it comes down to poor design and concept. Avoid this and don't waste your money. Now I have to pay to get rid of it :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a week ago and the thing takes abour 3hrs to dry and when done everything is still wet. Worse buy i ever made and regret it. Also ventless just put a lot of moisture and humidity in the house.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a disappointing purchase, steam pours out of the detergent tray, and makes the entire house humid every time the dryer turns on despite it being advertised as “ventless” even though it has a vent. There is no lint trap so lint sticks to the door seal and your clothes. Called whirlpool to have a repair tech come out who told me nothing was wrong with it. The store I bought it from wouldn’t take it back and neither will Whirlpool, so I am now stuck with it.

All In One

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the All In One ventless washer/dryer. Love the space it saves and love the convenience of a unit that both washes and dries your clothes. However, it takes longer to dry clothes than a normal separate dryer would. If you keep the loads small to medium this unit works fine. I wouldn't recommend this for a large family but it's ideal for small to medium levels of laundry. I believe Whirlpool makes the best quality by far but this technology still has some developing to do before it's equivalent to the performance of a separate washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I have very little space in my tiny home. I was aware it would take longer for a load and I’m okay with that. The space saver was more important than the time it takes. I love my washer/dryer. It does a great job cleaning and I love the load and go option. One problem I’m having is the spot for the detergent keeps popping open from time to time. A little annoying but if that is the only problem I have I am one happy customer!!
