I purchased an all-in-one appliance from a retailer as a replacement for our washer, which had stopped working. The concept of having a single unit capable of both washing and drying for our household of two (with no pets) seemed highly appealing, especially given its ventless design. However, within just six days, despite attempting to remain optimistic and adjust to the all-in-one, we ultimately decided to exchange it for a traditional washer and dryer set.
The drying time of the appliance was significantly longer than what I am accustomed to. Despite being careful not to overfill the washer beyond the indicator line, my clothes remained damp even after three hours of drying. I thoroughly reviewed the manual before using the appliance to ensure I followed all instructions correctly, yet my dissatisfaction persisted.
If you are considering purchasing this washer and dryer, I recommend ensuring it is properly leveled. During the spin cycle, it tended to jump around erratically, which was quite concerning.

Washer/dryer combo not drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in July 20, 2024. Did not dry, calked whirlpool they sent technician, decided it was heating element. Had it them replace it, after they left did a load of laundry same thing no drying. Called again and they are sending another technician. It is August 10 and still not able to do laundry 😡😡

Save your money!

The worst appliance I’ve ever owned. It will literally take you hours to wash/dry a load. No ability to multitask your laundry. It’s going back.

Does not dry!

I wish I could give this zero stars… it does not dry!!!
Brand new unit. I am sooo disappointed i. This unit. I put one sheet and one pillowcase in there and it takes six hours to dry and it’s still damp.

Avoid at all cost!!!!

We bought a brand new house that had this installed. It has been nightmare from day one. It doesn't do anything well. It doesn't dry even with only one item. The lint system is a fail. I have to clean it after every load and the filter and drain are difficult to empty do to design issues. This machine has been a pain since first use. I have read the owner manual and it comes down to poor design and concept. Avoid this and don't waste your money. Now I have to pay to get rid of it :(
