[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 in 1 combo unit and it’s exactly what I wanted and it works perfectly just what I wanted/neededa
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine doesn’t work at all. It constantly gives us the SD code and recently started giving us an E1 F9 code. We have yet to get one load completely washed. Going to call a service tech after our holiday vacation, but I’m not having faith since it’s brand new and already causing all sorts of problems. Will most likely be returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your All-in-One Washer/Dryer. The F9E1 error code is a crucial diagnostic indicator signaling a problem with the appliance's ability to efficiently evacuate water. Specifically, it means the all-in-one washer dryer is failing to complete its draining cycle within the expected timeframe, or, in more severe cases, is not draining at all. This malfunction can prevent the washer-dryer from advancing to the spin or drying phases of the cycle, leading to excessively wet laundry and cycle delays. Troubleshooting this issue typically revolves around inspecting and clearing potential obstructions within the drainage system. Comprehensive Solutions for Drain Issues Resolving the F9E1 error requires a methodical check of the appliance's internal and external draining components. The potential causes are generally categorized as obstructions or component failure: 1. Internal Obstructions and Maintenance Internal blockages are the most common cause of drainage issues, often stemming from lint, debris, coins, or small articles of clothing inadvertently entering the system. Drain Pump Filter/Clean-Out: The drain pump includes a filter designed to catch debris before it can damage the pump or clog the main drain line. Action: This filter needs routine cleaning. Refer to the Cleaning and Maintenance section of your appliance manual for the specific procedure on accessing and clearing the drain pump filter. A heavily clogged filter significantly restricts water flow and is a primary trigger for the F9E1 error. Bellows Drain Holes (Tub-to-Door Seal): The rubber gasket (bellows) around the door often has small holes at the bottom designed to drain residual water back into the drum and out of the machine. Action: These small holes can become obstructed with lint, soap scum, or mold. Thoroughly inspect and clean these drain holes (again, detailed instructions are typically found under the Cleaning and Maintenance symptom section of your manual). 2. External Obstructions and Installation Verification The appliance's external drain hose connects the washer dryer to your home's plumbing (standpipe or laundry sink). Improper installation or a blocked hose can prevent drainage, regardless of the condition of the internal pump. Drain Hose Obstruction: The drain hose itself can become kinked, pinched against a wall, or internally blocked with lint or debris accumulated over time. Action: Carefully inspect the entire length of the drain hose for bends, kinks, or crushing damage. Disconnect the hose (if necessary and safe to do so) to check for internal blockages, clearing any debris found. Drain Hose Installation (Critical Specifications): The correct configuration of the drain hose into the household plumbing is essential for proper drainage and to prevent siphoning. Incorrect depth or height can lead to water backing up or draining too slowly. Standpipe/Laundry Sink Insertion Depth: The drain hose cannot be inserted more than 4.5 inches into the standpipe or laundry sink. Inserting it too far can create a seal that causes a siphoning effect or impedes the free flow of water. Drain Hose Height: To ensure the water drains by gravity and the pump operates effectively, the drain hose must be routed with a sufficient air gap and elevation. The hose must be positioned so that the end is at least 24 inches from the floor, but not exceeding 96 inches (8 feet) from the floor. Exceeding the maximum height places an undue strain on the drain pump, while insufficient height can lead to siphoning. Reference: Always consult the original installation instructions for detailed diagrams and specifications on correctly installing and routing the drain hose. 3. Component Failure If all obstructions have been cleared and the drain hose installation has been verified as correct, the problem may be hardware related: Drain Pump Failure: If the drain pump is operating but not forcefully removing water, or if it is not receiving power, it may need to be replaced. Pressure Sensor/Control Board: Less commonly, the F9E1 error can be triggered by a faulty water level pressure sensor, which incorrectly reports the presence of water, or a fault on the main control board. -----Further Assistance and Documentation If troubleshooting the drain pump, bellows, and drain hose does not resolve the F9E1 error, professional service may be required. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started off great but then started having issues . With the product. Contacted service center having to wait a a while for a tech to get out . Not a great start in the first 30 days of the product. Hopefully it’s a simple glitch or something and gets resolved quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Information provided with the appliance was very incomplete...had to call for service just to get it running the first time. Normal load takes around 3 hours to wash and dry. Not satisfied with the appliance at all.

Learning curve/adjustment period, but overall good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for model WFC682CLW. It works pretty well. It does seem like it could use a better lint trapping system, as others have noted. We use a high efficiency powdered detergent. Unfortuantely, you cannot just fill that up and forget about it for a while like you can with liquid detergent. Additionally, the washer has complained for several loads that there is too much suds. It doesn't look like there is so I'm not sure if that's really the issue or something else. That causes it to do more rinse cycles. I think one load, washed and dried took 6 hours, several have taken 5, most take around 4. It is convenient though, throw a load in in the morning, one early evening, and another when you go to bed and it keeps up fairly well with our family of 4.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this in a spare closet in our bedroom. The bathroom was on the other side of the wall so it was very easy to install. In the past we had to lug all of our laundry up and down the janky stairs to the basement. Now we just go a few steps across the bedroom. We are living the dream! It is even so quiet I can sleep while it is running. I love this thing.
Overall we are very pleased with the product...but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with the purchase. There are only two of us in the house and the convenience of not having to transfer wet clothes from washer to dry is great. The items washed come out perfect and the drying times with the ventless dryer are very good. The biggest issue we have had is with the user documentation. The instruction sheet has a lot of information but is not written with enough detail that allows you to easily get started. In particular, changing the mode from Load and Go, Wash and Dry, the instructions say to select "How to Wash" but this already defaults to Load and Go and if we had known just reselecting the "How to Wash" to change the mode after a previous load, that would have saved us some time. Other than the learning cure of the setup, we are very pleased.
I’m writing this at 4 in the morning during a 3 hour battle with this thing. I was unfortunately an unassuming victim of whirlpool. I was stuck with this stupid thing because my apartment complex decided to give me the unit with the most incredibly ridiculously designed washer. I don’t care about 2 in 1. But I was forced into this life. This thing constantly has error messages. I have never successfully done a load of laundry where there wasn’t at least 4 hiccups. It averages a time of 7 hours. It has lasted longer. We had to redry our bed sheets for 3 days once. Just resetting over and over. The door randomly locks our clothes in it. We cannot open it. We have to unplug the entire unit, and wait for like 10 minutes, plug it back in and hope to god it works. Ive been complaining about this machine since the day I moved in. It has no upside. The idea of starting your laundry at night and waking up with your work clothes clean and warm is out the window when you have to wake up every two hours to reset it due to an error code. This has been one of the most stressful parts of me and my girlfriends lives the past 6 months. Which says a lot. It’s literally laundry. Take this thing off of the market. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THIS. If this is the first and only time you listen to a review, let it be this one. I have to be up for work in 4 hours. I am exhausted. I can’t sit here playing with this MACHINE when it’s ONLY JOB is to do laundry. Here’s to hoping I wake up to the miracle of dry clothes.
