[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was ready to go back to separate washer)/dryers after my last combo. I'm so happy I decided to give it one more try. This combo is so great! It's quiet and does the job in a timely manner
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs more info

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is great. However the manual needs more operational info for operating the machine. It’s confusing compared to my other washer dryer combination

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a very busy single mom, I love that I can fill a large container with detergent instead of adding detergent to each load. I love that I can push start and it does the wash and dry consecutively, I love that it fits in my small closet,
I am a little disappointed that my clothes seem to be just a little damp still when the cycle is done. I have been just running a second dry only cycle. So it’s mostly a minor inconvenience.
The only real annoyance is that there is no lint trap. I have pets and so there’s lots of hair. The manual says to wipe the seal after each load. This is a much bigger space and with the texture of the seal, stuff clings to it so it’s harder to wipe, especially the top part that you can’t see, resulting in missed spots and some extra lint on my dry clothes.
The manual could be much more descriptive it’s pretty basic. I am hoping I’m just somehow missing something.
I wouldn’t go back to two separate washers and dryers, but if a model exists with a lint trap and an extra dry time, I would definitely upgrade.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Drying takes too long

I have an all-in-one laundry appliance. Washing function is fine but drying takes too long. Half load itself takes 6-7 hours for auto drying. And timed drying function is also not of much use. Clothes remain damp.

Amazing machine!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We looked for months for a washer/dryer combo. We were of course a bit apprehensive about it. I am super thrilled with my appliance.
It takes up so much less space as it is a combo.
It uses a 110 outlet so I didn’t have to get an electrician to install additional wiring. It is also vent free.
You can literally put it almost anywhere.

Avoid!

Worst I've ever owned. Error codes, Draining issues, bad design, leaks water all over your floor when you have to clean the tiny trap, takes a very long time to dry. Avoid at all costs.

I do not recommend

I purchased an all-in-one appliance from a retailer as a replacement for our washer, which had stopped working. The concept of having a single unit capable of both washing and drying for our household of two (with no pets) seemed highly appealing, especially given its ventless design. However, within just six days, despite attempting to remain optimistic and adjust to the all-in-one, we ultimately decided to exchange it for a traditional washer and dryer set.
The drying time of the appliance was significantly longer than what I am accustomed to. Despite being careful not to overfill the washer beyond the indicator line, my clothes remained damp even after three hours of drying. I thoroughly reviewed the manual before using the appliance to ensure I followed all instructions correctly, yet my dissatisfaction persisted.
If you are considering purchasing this washer and dryer, I recommend ensuring it is properly leveled. During the spin cycle, it tended to jump around erratically, which was quite concerning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
