[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dry cycle does not always dry the clothes in one cycle, and the machine really any pet hair stick to the inside of the machine which needs to be cleaned after every cycle. Uses more water and electricity which is not acceptable for going from separate washer and dryer to the combo washer dryer in one. I wish we had purchased a separate washer and dryer for the amount of money we paid for the combo.

Horrible product.

What a big waste of money. 4 hours for 1 load and still not dry. ventless is horrible, condensation buildup everywhere made the laundry room a sauna. you need to supply ventilation or circulation. just go buy a cheap piece of junk from a garage sale and you will be better off i didn't have the money to buy this now im even worse off.

Pet hair problem

It’s a button pushing frenzy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this combo as my anniversary gift and found that the paperwork that comes with it just explains what the buttons do. I have yet to have a load do a wash then dry cycle. When I push the dry only button after the wash is completed it will lock the washer then I have to unlock the washer. This will go on for several cycles until I start pushing other buttons because I don’t know what to do, the dry only button will light up. It’s a button pushing frenzy.

I got this all in one washer dryer and we have not even had it 2 years and it already broke and it couldn't be fixed. But I would not even think about buying this washer dryer because it may wash great but when it comes to the dryer it takes 4 to 6 or more hours to dry 4 pairs of jeans and I'm not big at all ( 4'10 and 105 lb) so in less words It Sucks and don't never think about buying this, I wouldn't even take it if someone gave it to me that's how bad they are.

Condensing Drying Technology, typically found in all-in-one washer/dryer units, results in longer drying times compared to vented dryers, though it offers the convenience of not transferring laundry.
How Condensing Drying Works
A 1500W heater warms the air in the drum.
The heated air causes moisture in the wet laundry to evaporate.
Instead of being vented, the moist air is passed through a water-cooled condenser, where the moisture turns into water.
This condensed water is then drained out via the same drain hose used by the washer.
A small amount of moist air may be pumped back into the room.
Tips for Faster Drying & Best Performance
Load Size: Load the drum to half full or less, especially when using the unit for both washing and drying. A large, heavy load will not dry quickly.
Cycle Selection:
Use "Regular" for the drying cycle and "Quick" for the "How to Dry" setting.
Use Auto-Drying instead of Timed Drying, and select "Damp Dry" or "Dry" (avoiding "Extra Dry").
Spin Speed: Select "Extra Fast" spin speed during the wash phase.
Operation: Do not open the door during the drying cycle.
Installation (If in a Closet): Closet doors must have ventilation openings at the top and bottom. Ensure the unit has minimum air space: 3" in front, 1" on the sides, and 4" in the rear (check Installation Instructions for specifics).

Endless error codes.

Bought the all in one to save space and time from switching to a dryer. That is not the case. We have had it 4 months and have had the repair tech out 2 times waiting on parts again. Constantly have to wait because of excessive suds or having to redry because they are still damp and that's with out filling the machine up to the recommend amount. To clean the filter you must get down on the ground and remove a screwed I'm filter which then because of design allows some what to escape between two pieces and go under the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
