Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a very busy single mom, I love that I can fill a large container with detergent instead of adding detergent to each load. I love that I can push start and it does the wash and dry consecutively, I love that it fits in my small closet,
I am a little disappointed that my clothes seem to be just a little damp still when the cycle is done. I have been just running a second dry only cycle. So it’s mostly a minor inconvenience.
The only real annoyance is that there is no lint trap. I have pets and so there’s lots of hair. The manual says to wipe the seal after each load. This is a much bigger space and with the texture of the seal, stuff clings to it so it’s harder to wipe, especially the top part that you can’t see, resulting in missed spots and some extra lint on my dry clothes.
The manual could be much more descriptive it’s pretty basic. I am hoping I’m just somehow missing something.
I wouldn’t go back to two separate washers and dryers, but if a model exists with a lint trap and an extra dry time, I would definitely upgrade.

Do not buy this machine

I bought this a year ago, it's been the most regretful purchase I've ever made.
So many issues pop up, it never fully dries anything, and this is a horrible purchase for a house with more than 1 person living in it. It is constantly having draining issues, locking your clothes inside for hours on end, even when cleaned and maintained after every load of laundry. This product is not worth the price or the headache.

Would not heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time using the unit it did the wash and shut off without drying. Tried again same thing. Tried to dry only and could not choose it. Called Whirlpool and was on the phone for about a half hour and only was told to do the same as what I had already done. Whirlpool set up a visit from some shop that was to far away to get to my location. The shop was given my home address and not where I told Whirlpool the unit is. So had to call Whirlpool again and I'm now waiting to talk to someone about my problem. The proper steps are not spelled out in the paperwork to get the unit to do what you want. No video on line shows a step by step sequence that gets the job done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I have very little space in my tiny home. I was aware it would take longer for a load and I’m okay with that. The space saver was more important than the time it takes. I love my washer/dryer. It does a great job cleaning and I love the load and go option. One problem I’m having is the spot for the detergent keeps popping open from time to time. A little annoying but if that is the only problem I have I am one happy customer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the All In One ventless washer/dryer. Love the space it saves and love the convenience of a unit that both washes and dries your clothes. However, it takes longer to dry clothes than a normal separate dryer would. If you keep the loads small to medium this unit works fine. I wouldn't recommend this for a large family but it's ideal for small to medium levels of laundry. I believe Whirlpool makes the best quality by far but this technology still has some developing to do before it's equivalent to the performance of a separate washer and dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as expected and disappointing

Cons:
Not suitable for small spaces
Cycle time is too long to wash and dry
Does not dry clothes completely
No rollers so is difficult to move and it weighs more than a refrigerator
Door is hinged on wrong side with no means to alter it and no alternative.
Pros:
None that I can see which make this worth purchasing again.

Washes well... but drying takes forever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last December it's been acting up and now it went out. The whirlpool company I had to call personally because the online scheduling wouldn't work for how rural we are. I wish I had my second hand cheap 50 set I picked up. We paid approx 1500 and now we've gone from 4=19 until now because rhe part that broke is on backorder. So I've been washing by hand nad hanging my whole families clothes out to dry on a line. Too much work. This should have lasted a life time not 4 months! Thank god we paid cash, I feel bad for someone if they buy on credit. The part to replace is around 400! Which the warranty only covers for 12 mo after the purchase date.
