[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I’m definitely regretting it. It takes too long to wash and dry and I’m afraid it’s gonna make my electric bill a lot higher. I did better with a separate washer and dryer.

Do not waist your money!

I have had the washer dryer combo for 2 weeks. My first wash I chose the clean the washer setting. It flooded my laundry room. Each time I do any setting besides the 'normal' setting (bulky, washer clean, speed wash, etc.) it leaks out of the laundry soap dispenser at the top of the machine, despite selecting the load and go setting where it is pulling from the load and go tank at the bottom. I also have to clean the lint out after each wash or else it stops part way through the cycle and stops, then forces me to do it with all that water behind it, flooding my laundry room again. Each time that I clean the drain, I try to get all the water out first with the hose. It never gets all the water out, no matter how long I sit there and try to get it to drain. It holds so much water in it, no matter how little lint there is in it. When I open the drain cap thing, water floods out at me. No container can catch it or towel stop it. It goes all over my floor. I hate this washing machine and a waist of my money. I have been trying to get scheduled for service and it is a nightmare. By the time I get this done, I will have to fix my drywall and flooring. I am so upset and frustrated by this whole situation. As a mom of 4, about to be 5, I need to have a washing machine that works. I bought this to make my life easier, but this has been the complete opposite. If I could rate it at a 0/10 I would.

Completely filled inside electronics with lint after 3 years. Stopped heating but had no warning or signal of the machine knowing this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for my situation. Small infrequent loads, busy schedules with no time to change from washer to dryer.

Replacement for Duet Washer
on November 21, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the machine. It has wash and dry feature, which is convenient for some situations, but the drying time is long. I use our stand alone Fuet dryer for most loads. I do love the larger capacity and many times I use Quick Wash/Towels and the wash cycle is 15 minutes. My clothing is generally lightly soiled, and I am satisfied with the result. My only complaint is that it doesn’t spin out as effectively as the previous Duet washer. It results in shorter wash but longer drying time. We are a five unit coop and everyone is happy with the machine. Some owners use the Wash and Dry feature, especially those on higher floors, saving a trip up and down the stairs to the basement.

Bad investment - do not recommend

I bought this unit a few months ago to replace my stackable washer dryer unit. I was excited to have something so forward thinking but have been so disappointed. The control panel would have you believe that you can control your laundry, but you can't. You cannot throw a wrinkled sweatshirt in with a wet washcloth and choose steam clean just to get the wrinkles out. You can't do anything but the dry cycle, and that starts with a. 20 minute spin before it even starts to heat. On top of a lack of timed drying or wrinkle free setting, the instructions would have you think that draining the unit and clearing the lint trap is something you only need to do monthly and that it's a very easy process. The first time I did it, the very small short tube was still draining after about an hour because the lint trap was so full that the unit couldn't drain out all of the water. I wound up flooding my floor because the drain is not high up enough off the floor to put anything under it to catch the water. The pedestal they sell for this does not have anything to assist in draining the unit either, and should not even be sold without a drain assist pedestal. Note that when your dry cycle is complete, you need to get your clothes out immediately. If you leave them for any length of time, they will immediately wrinkle, because they are still damp with humidity. Once that humidity sets, you have deep wrinkles that are very hard to get out. The alerts are not audible so you have to babysit the whole process. I wash and dry separately so I can add lint balls and organic dryer sheets to my dry cycle to try to avoid wrinkles, static, and add scent. I clean my machine with tablets once a week as the rubber guard is sticky and difficult to keep clean.
Overall, biding my time to put this in a landfill and get a stackable back in my home.
I will be paying on this unit for probably another year before I can even think about getting something else so please save your money, make a better investment and maybe another washer dryer combo unit by another manufacturer that actually was tested by people who actually do their laundry.
