[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, when I tried to get it going, became very frustrated because I couldn't get it to work.
Now that I know how to actually operate it, I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I really like the "load & go option for the detergent. I also really like the "wash & dry option. With that option, you load the machine to wash and you don't touch the laundry again until the laundry is dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are thrilled with our new washer/dryer combo unit that replaced a stackable model in our tiny home. It is slim and sleek, yet is large enough to wash/dry the same amount of laundry (or more) than our previous unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this a few weeks and it is wonderful! We only do 1 load a day and this is perfect! Convinced a family member to purchase. I have been waiting for an all in one machine for a while. It is easy to use and saves time for me. Other reviews said it was difficult to use - I did not find that. I like that it is not wifi enabled. It can shudder a bit on the dry only cycle but it is not a big deal. Great machine so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice idea, engineers need to work on it more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son bought this for us, thinking that not having to transfer laundry would be easier on us. The washer works fine, the dryer takes a very long time. I had to have repairman out after first 8 washes because of clogged drain. Trying to set the washer on custom settings (ie dry only--- is not easy) Nice idea in theory. Would not recommend. I would trade this in, but it was a gift from my son, so I bought the extended warranty. I have a feeling I will need it. There is no lint trap, my clothes are always full of lint.
