[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this machine for a few weeks, and I love the load and go option as well as the various wash settings. My main gripe with it is that the spin cycle is really loud. I live in a smaller house, but even if I shut the door on the opposite side of the house, I can hear the machine spinning. I'll double check that it's level, but I had it professionally installed, so I don't think that's the issue. Anyways, it's a great laundry machine and takes out the hassle of forgetting to put stuff in the dryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes and dries as advertised. It takes a few hours, but it's better than me forgetting clothes in the washer for a day or more and having to run them again! I also love loading 40 loads of detergent at once. Just toss the clothes in over the days and punch a button when you're ready to go.
Are the clothes damp after the dry cycle? Sometimes, but no more than my old dryer on a normal day.
Does the moisture vent into the room? Yes, but it seems to be slow & over the hours, so it is not problematic.
My biggest complaint is that there is no manual. There's a 'quick start' but that's it. No description about what the operating panel buttons & lights do. I chatted with Whirlpool and the agents has the same info as me. This is an easy fix, but someone at Whirlpool just has to do it!
Nothing is good about this machine, 6-7 hours to dry and the items are still wet…. We have had for 2 months and have to take cloths to laundry mat to dry our items. Don’t buy this machine and customer service is a nightmare… must have something to do with Covid because whirlpool use to be one of the best… I actually use to have contracts with them to haul their freight but after this I can’t haul for a company when I explained the problem they said it’s not their problem. They think I can just load the machine drive the 90 plus miles to the closet repair place and call it a day. Very sadden to read the poor reviews plus it’s worse because whirlpool use to be the best! Hopefully someone from whirlpool will read this and not send me to a Facebook site again or a customer service line that was incredibly rude. Please prove me right whirlpool in why I use to think you all were the best!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer and dryer combination back in November 2023 and had issues in properly operating the machine. The tech that came out to the house showed me the proper way to operate the machine. Thank you so much. He deserves a 5 out of 5 stars.
I purchased an all-in-one appliance from a retailer as a replacement for our washer, which had stopped working. The concept of having a single unit capable of both washing and drying for our household of two (with no pets) seemed highly appealing, especially given its ventless design. However, within just six days, despite attempting to remain optimistic and adjust to the all-in-one, we ultimately decided to exchange it for a traditional washer and dryer set. The drying time of the appliance was significantly longer than what I am accustomed to. Despite being careful not to overfill the washer beyond the indicator line, my clothes remained damp even after three hours of drying. I thoroughly reviewed the manual before using the appliance to ensure I followed all instructions correctly, yet my dissatisfaction persisted. If you are considering purchasing this washer and dryer, I recommend ensuring it is properly leveled. During the spin cycle, it tended to jump around erratically, which was quite concerning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Half of the loads of laundry are still damp after cycle and sometimes the close don't even smell fresh after wash. I would say 50% of the time I have to wash loads twice. Thinking about returning and getting traditional washer and dryer
