Worst machine ever!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I wish I could return it. This unit is nowhere near as good as advertised! Extremely disappointed and sick to my stomach that we spent so much money on this machine. The drain filter in the front is extremely difficult to get to, it has to be cleaned every third load or the machine doesn’t work. Loads take an obscene amount of time. We have done about 15 loads and haven’t had a dry load yet! Clothes are always damp. I honestly absolutely hate it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best invention ever!!!

It is so convenient…I just put the clothes in and go to sleep and by the time I’m awake the clothes are clean smell good and dry…no need to go drown and switch out the loads it’s all set by the time I get down there…best invention ever!!!

Flooded my Condo

Flooded my condominium with an overpowered drain pump. I'd give it -5 stars if i could. Has likely done more damage that its worth. I would have been better off if I'd literally been robed.

Don't purchase if you have pets!!!

Dumbest idea not having a vent, 😡. Have to clean the drain EVERY load and still gives a high suds error message. In addition to having to clean the filter, which is really difficult to get to because of the detergent dispenser, you have to take a wet rag and wipe all the lint off the gasket. If you don't then the clothes get all fuzzy from it. Basically with cleaning the lint trap in the water line I get 2 loads of laundry done before I get the high suds error on the third load. Piece of crap on a good day it's 4 hours to wash and dry when it shows an error except a good 7 hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Avoid at all cost!!!!

We bought a brand new house that had this installed. It has been nightmare from day one. It doesn't do anything well. It doesn't dry even with only one item. The lint system is a fail. I have to clean it after every load and the filter and drain are difficult to empty do to design issues. This machine has been a pain since first use. I have read the owner manual and it comes down to poor design and concept. Avoid this and don't waste your money. Now I have to pay to get rid of it :(

Does not dry well

Pros and Cons, generally does a good job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my old reliable washer and dryer because I needed the space. I researched the all-in-ones and this one was given great ratings. It has taken some getting used to, but I like the convenience and the space-saving. Figureing out the dry only took some time and it's mostly trial and error right now. My suggestions to others buying this machine and others like it: small loads, check the drain filter in the bottom of the machine FREQUENTLY, after each wash if you are washing something with a lot of lint or pet hair and put towels down in around the drain plug when you take it out because it leaks on the floor. Wipe out the lint around the door frequently. The extra humidity and heat is a bonus for the house in the winter. Not so sure how this will work in the summer. My loads don't take 5 or 6 hours, they take about 2 and it's nice to come home from work with a load washed and dried and not musty and stinky in the washer. It seems like a very well-built appliance. Too bad no colors. I miss my red machines :-(
