(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I purchased this a month ago and I’m so glad I did. I purchased it for my mom so she didn’t have to go into the basement to wash her clothes she loves it, she says it washes and dries the clothes great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a little over a week ago we were unable to see a floor model but our choice over other manufacturers was Whirlpool. Once we were able to figure out how it worked with the assistance of Wickford appliance technician Paul. We were good. The learning curve to this unit was very frustrating on Whirlpools part. The manual is confusing and not throughly explained for the sub setting like ‘wash and go’ (does that dry?) not explained well in the information provided
A call to the chat application was of no use, response was I needed an electrician to install a 220 outlet when I initially provided the model number. No video’s available for this model that I could find they all were models with different screen and dial options. The guide was confusing as well. I would strongly suggest that you offer a video tutorial on how the unit works. We are pretty good at figuring basic technological stuff out but this experience was very frustrating. The product itself is great and we are very happy with it. Like the fact it provides both wash and dry in one unit also purchased the pedestal as well and find that convenient

Worst thing ever

I hate this thing with my entire soul. I don't think it's even sold anymore but I had to come on here and speak my mind. It's just so bad. Good luck ever drying your clothes. Good luck even getting a spin cycle out of this thing. It spins for about 30 seconds and then just starts aimlessly tumbling whatever's in there, or, god forbid, just SITTING there doing nothing. I hate this thing. Shame on you Whirlpool for creating this monstrosity and letting it enter my life.

Great disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as I hoped. You must put very small load in order to get clean & dry. Each load takes 3-4 hours to wash. Then will need to place in my other dryer to finish. It takes days now to do my laundry. Not a time saver at all machine also locks , difficult to clean filter & difficult to open door at times.Great disappointment!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes well does not dry well the drum will not even be half full and you have to run the dryer 2 times for it to dry the clothes. It is currently not working after only being 3 months old. I have been waiting over a week for them to find someone to fix it so my family of 5 have been having to go to the laundry mat for washing

My new washer and dryer does both and we have it on a stand, so it is easy for me to get the clothes in an out,because it is my height! I love it!

Unhappy with product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought at the end of January. I love that I don’t have to switch the clothes from machine to machine. The issues are that it still needs its own drying time after the initial wash/dry setting. It FILLS with lint and your clothes will be completely covered in lint. Throws a low pressure code mid wash or dry setting. Throws a draining code every cycle as well. Really regretting the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
