[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and still can’t get the drier to work. I have had no success with calling Whirlpool. After weeks of dealing with the seller he finally ordered a new one, if this doesn’t work …….❓❓❓❓
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great if it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer/dryer May 5th , it washes good but does not dry. at notime does it enter the drying mode. Returning the machine no problem but new one on backorder til June 5th hanging clothes out to dry til then!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve run about 6 loads through this machine it has been great. I’d leave five stars except it could do a better job of drying when the wash/dry mode is used even when doing smaller loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the unit a couple of weeks. Used it 4 or 5 times . Was very happy till today . It threw an error code F1E1, Googled it and found out it's a control board issue and to turn it off and on to reset
So we'll see. If it doesn't work I will be calling repair. This is a brand new unit. Is this a major issue with this machine and will it keep happening?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a week ago and the thing takes abour 3hrs to dry and when done everything is still wet. Worse buy i ever made and regret it. Also ventless just put a lot of moisture and humidity in the house.

Makes my life much simpler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our roughly a month or so ago. It's been a great benefit for me for 1) it's ventless. Our house isn't set up well to run a duct to the outside. Unknown to use when we purchased our home the dryer vent was vented to the attic and our home inspector didn't catch it. 2) I personally have time blindness when it comes to trading over laundry and just pushing one button for the machine to wash and dry has been great for me. My only complaint is sometimes the clothes are a bit damp and have to run another short drying cycle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
