Dryer feature needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I see what so many others are saying: the washing cycle is great. The dryer will take time figuring out. Getting damp load after 3 hrs is not ideal. This will be a science experiment: how many towels I can wash at-a-time to get a dry load in a reasonable amount of time.

I bought this machine and can’t get it to go from load and go to wash and dry probably just simple buttons to push but after going back to the store and 2 hours on hold they are sending someone to check it out in 2 or 3 weeks not happy at all

Worst lifetime purchase ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst lifetime purchase. The fumes are horrible and gives me headaches. My clothes smell like new tires. It’s really difficult to figure out how to use. The owners manuel is vague.

Not worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can I give a minus score? You understood that it would longer for a cycle to complete but 5 hours is too long. The manual states that the drain filter should be cleaned every 6 months however if you do not clean it after every wash it will cause problems. The lint even coats the soap dispenser and I am sure if I took the case off the machine lint would be everywhere. It is a very poor design and I hope somehow I can return the washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SOOOOO!!! I THINK it will take some getting use too! Had to have service technic come and clear the one code that I caused do to terrible explanation in the quick start guide and owner's manual of all the features on the control panel. Plus the control panel features CAN BE confusing. You folks need to have a deeper explanation guide of DO AND DON'TS.

Terrible machine

There was so much lint to clean after each wash, it leaked detergent on the floor everytime I opened the reservoir, when I included the dry cycle, it gave off so much heat in my house it was unbearable to use the dryer. It ended up being a glorified extremely expensive washer that did not clean very well. I've since returned it got a refund, and bought a stackable washer dryer that is not whirlpool. I'd like to add, whirlpool refused to let me return it, they gave me such a hard time. I had to go through the retailer to get a refund. Whirlpool 2 in 1 machine is terrible.

Very compact for limited space

Do not waist your money!

I have had the washer dryer combo for 2 weeks. My first wash I chose the clean the washer setting. It flooded my laundry room. Each time I do any setting besides the 'normal' setting (bulky, washer clean, speed wash, etc.) it leaks out of the laundry soap dispenser at the top of the machine, despite selecting the load and go setting where it is pulling from the load and go tank at the bottom. I also have to clean the lint out after each wash or else it stops part way through the cycle and stops, then forces me to do it with all that water behind it, flooding my laundry room again. Each time that I clean the drain, I try to get all the water out first with the hose. It never gets all the water out, no matter how long I sit there and try to get it to drain. It holds so much water in it, no matter how little lint there is in it. When I open the drain cap thing, water floods out at me. No container can catch it or towel stop it. It goes all over my floor. I hate this washing machine and a waist of my money. I have been trying to get scheduled for service and it is a nightmare. By the time I get this done, I will have to fix my drywall and flooring. I am so upset and frustrated by this whole situation. As a mom of 4, about to be 5, I need to have a washing machine that works. I bought this to make my life easier, but this has been the complete opposite. If I could rate it at a 0/10 I would.
