I bought this machine and can’t get it to go from load and go to wash and dry probably just simple buttons to push but after going back to the store and 2 hours on hold they are sending someone to check it out in 2 or 3 weeks not happy at all

Worst lifetime purchase ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst lifetime purchase. The fumes are horrible and gives me headaches. My clothes smell like new tires. It’s really difficult to figure out how to use. The owners manuel is vague.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] SOOOOO!!! I THINK it will take some getting use too! Had to have service technic come and clear the one code that I caused do to terrible explanation in the quick start guide and owner's manual of all the features on the control panel. Plus the control panel features CAN BE confusing. You folks need to have a deeper explanation guide of DO AND DON'TS.

Terrible machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a terrible machine. There was so much lint to clean after each wash, it leaked detergent on the floor everytime I opened the reservoir, when I included the dry cycle, it gave off so much heat in my house it was unbearable to use the dryer. It ended up being a glorified extremely expensive washer that did not clean very well. I've since returned it got a refund, and bought a stackable washer dryer that is not whirlpool. I'd like to add, whirlpool refused to let me return it, they gave me such a hard time. I had to go through the retailer to get a refund. Whirlpool 2 in 1 machine is terrible.

Very compact for limited space

Has some kinks to work out

We bought this in October and started using it in December. We have 3 cats and this probably contributes to the washer frequently clogging due to the lint management system. When this happens, you have to drain the basin and the setup for this is not ideal. We can go 4 full loads before we get the error message and have to unclog again.
During the drying cycle, water accumulates in the detergent tray, and then drips down the side of the unit to the floor. Poor design.
Other issue is the control panel sometime is unresponsive and I have to unplug the unit and plug it back in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ongoing Crap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased online 10/04. Delivered 1104. My 4th repair attempt since delivery, 12/05. I paid for & was delivered a damaged unit & all Whirlpool wants to do is keep sending repair guys. I have to use vacation days every time.
