Good for acne

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PMD wave pro is good . I was a little intimidated to use this device as I am not a professional. I am still getting use to using the device. Not saying it is difficult to use but as a person that has never used a skin care device before. I used the wave pro to do some extractions on my skin. The wave pro did help me to get the extractions out of my pores. It is also helping me with the black heads I have on my nose and some on my cheeks .So that was a plus in my book! Also I did use the wave pro to do some lifting motions on my forehead and around my eye brow. I feel like the wave pro is helping me with the size of my pores and cutting down on my oil production. My skin feels smoother since using the wave pro. Nothing has really helped me with that before. I also love the pink color that it comes in and that you don't need batteries!You can just use the USB to charge the pmd wave pro. In all I would recommend this tool if you have acne and enlarged pores!

Hopeful, will continue giving it a try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an oily, sensitive, acne prone girlie, I was really curious to try this product from PMD. It claims to extract, lift, and infuse. It has this vibrating sensation that helps when extracting all that extra gunk and sweat from after a long day. I use it with a little bit of water to see what it's actually removing, and I think I'm seeing dead skin flake off as well! With the infuse option, you literally use it like a spatula like frosting a cake. It hums too and it might actually helping my serums and essences soak into my skin better. As for the lift, I feel like it's guashua's fancy older sister. With the hum and vibration, you can kind of feel your muscles move as you glide the spatula out and lift. I like to use it with a light oil or moisturizer to hen doing so as to not tug on the skin so much. This device is definitely leaving me skeptical in its effectiveness but so far I like the dirt and grime cleaning it does.

A must have in your routine for acne prone skin and clogged pores

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have large pores and they tend to clog up very regularly. I also have quite a few blackheads on my nose and cheek. I was super excited to try the PMD Wave Pro because I have lots of oil and sebum in my pores. The one thing I noticed while using this device is that it worked better after I had a hot shower, it made the oil and sebum in my pores easier to remove with the device. I would say it worked better on my cheeks near the side of my nose but the blackheads on my nose were slightly harder to remove and I had to apply some more pressure. I like that the spatula is metal which makes it easy to clean and sanitary. I love the sleek design of the tool. It makes it so easy to use and clean. I love the sleek silicone handle design making using this tool a luxury experience. I not only used this tool to clean out my pores but also for the lifting and toning aspects. I used it in the hollows of my cheek and I can say it did give my face a more defined and lifted look. Another aspect I noticed after using this device is that my face looked brighter and felt cleaner which is such a good feeling. I am very happy with this product and excited to continue using it to see how it helps my acne.

I love to do facials and I love to find that perfect tool that will help give the best skincare I can when I do a facial. This was an amazing tool - spatula that provides so many benefits to obtain that glowing skin. I love that it is a great quality tool, and use it., it is amazing on my skin. I have combination skin with big pores and they clog easily so after one use of this, I could tell a big difference in my skin. I love the pressure that it gives because it lifts out the impurities and dirt into the tool and takes it out of your pores. It has a good vibration that actually feels really good on the skin and I think my clientele for facials is going to absolutely love this product. It is good for unclogging pores, giving your skin a lift and making your skin look flawless and youthful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Beauty Editor I hope to write a positive review for all products and tools that come my way. Unfortunately I don't have high marks for PMD's Wave Pro. I think the biggest issue for me is that I have a "vibrating skin spatula" device that I really like. So I am comparing it to that one and the results it gives. Perhaps if you are not comparing it to another tool you would have much better feelings on it. I did like that it seemed gentle and non irritating to my skin. It does get a lot of the poor clogging oil and "stuff" out of your pores. The sonic vibrations didn't seem to do much lifting. The spatula did not seem to be sharp or strong enough to get to each pore and work with one swipe. I tried the Extract Mode and that did not seem to do anything. Overall this will not hurt your skin and it is a nice pampering option, it just isn't a must have for me.

I would consider myself well educated on skincare products, but this device was a step up for me and seemed a little advanced and intimidating at first. I was pleasantly surprised, upon the first use, that it is actually very easy to use. I will be using the "extract" mode the most frequently, to help clear my pores. After using it, I could literally see the gunk that came off of my face on the spatula head! I noticed an immediate difference in my skin - it was softer and smoother. The "infuse" mode helped my serum absorb into my skin better and the "lift" mode gave my skin an extra boost. I don't have the time to use this device every day, but it is great to use when I want to pamper myself. It makes me feel like I am going to the spa to get a facial!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PMD Wave PRO advanced skin spatula is more than just your average spatula. It uses negative ions to lift the dirt and sebum out of your pores and the debris left behind that just cleansing cannot remove. It helps with skincare products being more easily absorbed into your skin as well. I wet my face with some vitamin C Toner to help it glide across my skin easily. I wasn't sure what to expect because I really didn't notice a blackhead or whitehead issue but do have oily tzone. I noticed that after the first two times using that my skin seemed more balanced and far less oily. I didn't have any irritation from scraping it across my face. I used the lifting settings also but haven't noticed improvements in that yet. Anyone trying to reduce the appearance of their pores and get rid of blackheads would find this device very helpful.
