Not my favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try the PMD Wave Pro. But I have to admit I feel let down. The tool itself does look a little intimidating anf the instructions that come in the product box are not very clear as to which side of the tool to use against your skin. After watching some videos online, I gave it a try several days in a row. Even with moderate-severe acne, I could not get the tool to extract anything from my pores or zits. The vibrating function of the tool is very gently. Perhaps too gentle to work?? I did also try the lift function, which I used every night for 10 days. No visible difference yet but I guess a little face massage with the gentle vibration feels good so I'll keep at it for a while longer. Personally, I don't think this tool has a spot in my drawer.

This is a different from our other tools in that it is a high frequency oscillation that makes it possible for each mode to function at an option frequency for their different purposes. You are not the only individual who has mentioned to use that the Wave Pro is intimidating. We take feedback very seriously and have improved our how-to section to in hopes that our customers will find it easier to understand and use.

Wave Pro

Didn't really like the wave pro. It made me nervous every time I turned it on. I couldn't get past the sound and make me feel like I was shocking my face. When I used it with water on my face and saw the smoke it took me to another level of scared. Will have to try something else for sure.

Hey Damali, sorry to hear that the Wave Pro didn't quite make waves for you! We do want you to know that the sound for the lifting mode is normal and means that the proper current is being delivered to the skin, just like in spa treatments. Although MIST is normal when you use water on the skin, smoke should definitely not be coming from the device, but mist should, which can sometimes be confused for smoke. We are anxious to get this back so that it can be thoroughly examined.

Extremely effective!

I've always wanted to try this tool and I'm not going to lie, I was going in a bit skeptical that it could actually do everything it claims to be able to do. Well, after a thorough test run, I'm here to spill the tea on this three-in-one wonder. Let's get into it.The PMD Wave Pro is a sonic face spatula that has three modes: extract, infuse, and lift. First is extract mode. This mode is all about banishing blackheads and whiteheads. The curved spatula gently glides over your skin, helping to unclog pores. I found it particularly effective around my nose and chin, where congestion tends to camp out.Next is the infuse mode. In this mode, the Wave Pro helps your favorite serums and moisturizers penetrate deeper. It's like giving your skin a VIP pass to the hydration party. My skin looked and felt so rejuvenated after using the extract and infuse modes. These two modes alone had me sold.Finally there's lift mode. In this mode electrical muscle stimulation takes center stage. I know this mode will take time and consistent use to be able to see any visible difference so I'm excited to see if I will notice any change within a month. Nevertheless I wasn't sure if this mode would be uncomfortable to use and to my surprise it was not.Overall I'm really loving this skincare tool. It's extremely user friendly and easy to learn. It's comfortable to hold and has a single control button that toggles between modes with a small light that indicates which mode you're in. It's also very simple to clean. It's quickly become a staple in my skincare routine and I use at least one of the modes every night!

An Amazing Multifunctional tool!

I have heard so many amazing things from friends about the brand and was happy to experience the tools. I have been using the wave pro and have nothing but great things to say about it. I not only can clean out my pores with this tool but also infuse my skincare and lift. The settings make it easy to select my preference and off I am to me time. It is the perfect tool for anyone who wants to have the benefits of lifting, infusing and extracting all in one tool. I have been enjoying the infuse setting nightly. I apply my favorite face oil and with this setting it helps to penetrate my product even better into my skin. The face tapping feels amazing and it is a great way for me to have some beauty time. Another feature I really enjoyed was the extraction mode. It does a great job at cleansing out my pores with no pain quick and easily. My skin in the end looks and feels great with all three settings. I look forward to more results in the near future.
