One of the best at-home products EVER!

I have the PMD Wave Pro. It’s unexcelled in clearing out clogged pores or sebum deposits AND it doesn’t damage your skin or cause wounds. I used my first one for years until it died, then I immediately bought a second one. I can’t live without the PMD Pro 🔥

Instructions lacking

I only recently purchased this, my only comment is that instructions are lacking. The guide tells you which lights are for what treatment, but not which side of the tool should be used!

It’s just “okay”. Does it get stuff out of pores? Mostly yes. But you have push super hard. I was expecting it to easily glide acrossed your face while vibrating to get the junk out. That’s not the case. You REALLY have to push down to get anything out. Not worth the money in my opinion. Might as well go old school and squeeze with your fingers with how hard you have to push. I wouldn’t buy this again if given the choice.

Tighter, Brighter Skin But Lacking Instruction

So far I love this product. I have only been using it a few weeks, but my pores appear to be a little smaller, and my skin feels a little tighter after using it. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is the lack of instruction. I wish there were videos on the website, that show you exactly how to use the product. The small pictures that come in the box dont give enough information.

We are so sorry your experience with the Wave Pro was not what you expected. The silicone on our Wave Pro is the same type of hygenic silicone that is on our Clean products. The blade for the Wave Pro is made of surgical steel so that it can be cleaned with soap and water, or a sanitizing wipe, and it won't rust.
