Works wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has been so amazing for me. I hate slicing and cutting vegetables because it takes so much time and this thing is amazing. The breville sous chef 16 does it all. I love that it comes with all the attachments and can slice in different thicknesses. I would recommend this to anyone who food preps.

Missing the peeler

These newer updated models do not come with a peeler attachment and an aftermarket peeler is not available for this model. To me this is a downgrade from the previous version. Will be going back to the previous model that has a peeler and is also less expensive. Breville please make a PEELER for this so we can continue to peel potatoes!

Good appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kitchen appliance was bigger than I had anticipated. Definitely not something you would keep out on the counter. It is also quite heavy, so it feels like kind of a production to get it out to cook with. I also do not find it easy to clean. Those things aside it does an excellent job cutting things up.

The bowl broke and I can't find a replacement bowl anywhere

I bought a Sous Chef 16 and the hard plastic parts that hold the bowl in place broke off with normal use. I can't find a replacement bowl anywhere, which makes the whole expensive machine virtually worthless.

Love it but.....

We bought our first great food processor at the beginning of 2024, the sous chef 16. We think it's a tremendous machine but no accessories are available like the older models or other manufacturers. When are they coming out?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS MACHINE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW IT HANDLED ANYTHING I PUT IN IT. IT CHOPPED AND SHREDDED GREAT. THE SLICING WASN'T PERFECT, BUT ACCEPTABLE. I FOUND THE CLEANING WAS SUPER EASY. I HOPE THIS LASTS FOREVER.

It is also so quiet! I had an older model before and it was heavy and loud, so I did not use it much. This stays out on my counter because I have been using it so often.
