Is there anything this machine can’t do? It slices, it actually dices, it makes French fries and more. Wow. This Paradice 16 is so well made it *almost* takes the fun out of using it because it’s so fast! I mean you can tear down an entire 20lb watermelon in under a minute. The performance and engineering is astounding and I am very proud to own this machine. I have used Breville for the last two decades successfully - especially their smart ovens.
The two large boxes of accessories may seem a little daunting at first, but I’d recommend just prepping a bunch of food for several days experimenting with all of them. There is nothing else like this.
Love the new stainless steel finish, the large capacity, the easy to read lines, the extra bowl, and the dicing feature is truly a marvel to behold. I keep the attachments OUT, on the bottom shelf of a stainless steel table I keep in the kitchen for instant access. The color coding it makes it super user friendly.

A year in and still in love.

I got my Paradice 16 in the fall of 2024 just before Thanksgiving in the US. I immediately put it to use. While I definitely do not take full advantage of everything it can do, my favorite thing is how easy it makes southern biscuits. 1 minute. That’s all it takes! My precious food processor was excessively loud and I had to send the dog outside or else she’d go nuts. I can use this one while everyone is sleeping and no one notices! Love love love my Breville Paradice 16!
