Best Food Processor On The Market

I've owned this food processor for 9 months now and love everything about it. The bowl and components are solid and the plethora of accessories makes it a complete machine. I got this for the extensive dicing kit. I will agree with others that some foods can get stuck in the dicing grids, but for the most part, I've had great success with it. The adjustable slicing disc is indispensable. I love the flexibility of being able to have slices at varying levels of thickness. It slices effortlessly, even and clean. The shredding disc does a great job with cheese. I prefer a larger shred for cheese and it does so better than any other processor I've used (and owned). The only thing left are small pebbles of cheese, not fragments or slices, like I've experienced with other brands
I purchase the peeler disc separately and it also does a great job. Yes, it's a messy process, but worth it. It didn't mangle potatoes one bit. The included inner bowl comes in handy and works well. The processor is also easy to clean. I've used a Magimix and the Paradice 16 is just a step above. Both are excellent, but the Breville beats it with the dicing kit, adjustable slicing disc, and a closed bowl. The main feed tube is the largest on any residential food processor, making it ideal for some large vegetables.
Yes, it's very expensive, but for me, I got what I paid for. Is it perfect? No. Nothing is, but for my needs it exceeded my expectations. It's quiet, efficient, attractive, solid, powerful, and essential in my kitchen. It's worth every penny to me. This food processor has everything you could imagine and more often than not, I appreciate that the most important accessories come standard. Cuisinart, KitchenAid, Magimix, and others can't say.
I highly recommend this beast of a food processor 10/10.

I have only used my Paradice once since I got it. I used it to grate a block of cheese. It went so fast and grated the whole thing without leaving a bunch stuck in the machine. I was impressed and looking forward to using it again!
