I have only used my Paradice once since I got it. I used it to grate a block of cheese. It went so fast and grated the whole thing without leaving a bunch stuck in the machine. I was impressed and looking forward to using it again!

I really really like this kitchen equipment! I haven’t had a chance to use all of the attachments yet but if they are as easy as the adjustable slicer was I’m going to be very happy with my purchase.

A year in and still in love.

I got my Paradice 16 in the fall of 2024 just before Thanksgiving in the US. I immediately put it to use. While I definitely do not take full advantage of everything it can do, my favorite thing is how easy it makes southern biscuits. 1 minute. That’s all it takes! My precious food processor was excessively loud and I had to send the dog outside or else she’d go nuts. I can use this one while everyone is sleeping and no one notices! Love love love my Breville Paradice 16!

I purchased the unit and it is very very nice. The only thing I wanna get now is the Julianne portion of it. Other than that it has got almost everything that is other than the stove or oven.
