[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad to get a chance to try this PMD facial streamer. I mostly DIY at home by steaming my face or whole body with a pot of boiling herbal water. This little machine is a breeze to use, just a push of a button and it takes less than 1 minute to boil and release steam. The steam is gentle for beginners, for me I prefer it to have more steam coming out. I think the company should add that option of steam levels to fit users' preferences. I like that I can adjust the nozzle where steam comes out. And to have the option of adding essential oils is a plus. The steam comes out in interval for the first 5 minutes or so then it will come out at a steady pace. Total time is 12 minutes for a cycle. I recommend to put a towel over your head so you can trap more steam & to be more effective. Also this machine is compact, perfect to carry anywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to steam my face regularly when I was younger. Somewhere along the line I got rid of my old steamer that I loved, and I’ve been wanting one for some time now. Enter PMD SilkSteam Pro! This thing is great. It’s cute, quiet, and made well. The steam that comes out is perfect. It’s not overwhelming at all compared to my old one. I have oily/combination skin so it’s great once or twice a week for deeper cleansing, promoting circulation and prepping my skin for a mask or exfoliation. The water reservoir is on the small side, but you only need to use it for 10-15 minutes. The directions say use distilled water, which is a little inconvenient, but I suppose it will help the longevity of the unit. Other than that, I’d recommend this product for all skin types if you can afford to splurge on a beauty item because it is a bit pricy. Love this brand, PMD products are top notch so you will get your money’s worth. This review was collected as part of a promotion.I’ve been in the beauty industry for 30+ years. A Steamy Spa Experience In The Comfort Of Your Own Home☺️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At-home facials are a self-care indulgence that I regularly partake in, although the steaming portion of the regime has always fallen flat when trying to achieve this pore-softening and skin-hydration step. Often, I will fill a sink basin with hot water, place a towel over my head, and bend over the sink to steam. This experience could definitely be more luxurious and comfortable. Cut to: The PMD Silk Steam Pro Facial Steamer. The spa-like design is white, curvy, and easy to hold. It takes up minimal counter space in your bathroom while adding a touch of elegance. When I unboxed the device, I found easy-to-follow user directions, the device, and three essential oil tabs to utilize for an added aromatherapy experience. I filled the sturdy reservoir with distilled water, easily snapped it back into the unit's body, and turned it on. The blue light is a calm, cool feature, ensuring the unit is on, while I can hear the bubbling of water start to 'pick up steam' and then waft through the adjustable nozzle. It is as easy as 1, 2, 3! I cleaned and toned my face prior, then leaned my face into the purifying steam. I love the softness and the temperature. It isn't too hot, which sets my mind at ease, yet the steam is warm and billowing to cover a broad range. I test the nozzle by moving up and down with ease, and I rotate my face from side to side to feel the steam envelope my parched skin like a big drink of water. Ahhh... So relaxing. I also love the comfort of using it with ease, while sitting by my vanity with my serums and creams at the ready to apply directly after this steamy step. My skin soaks up the nutrients of my chosen potions, allowing them to go to work more effectively. Living in a climate that experiences spring pollen and dust from high winds, the PMD Silk Steam Pro also helped with calming and hydrating my sinuses. The aromatherapy discs fit perfectly in the adjustable steam reservoir, and I can add any essential oil of my liking, knowing that it will not damage the machine by adding oils to the water reservoir itself. The reservoir filled to the top with distilled water will give a good 10–12 minutes of continuous steam. It was the perfect time to open up the pores, hydrate, and plump the skin, nourish the sinuses, and even make my eyes look brighter and feel refreshed! I truly feel pampered in my own home without the high price tag of going to a spa for a facial. Plus, I paired this experience with my PMD microdermabrasion device. After patting my skin dry, the device can pass over the skin with less irritation than if I used it on dry, parched, more fragile skin. For superior skin health and a luxurious indulgence that can be used over and over again in your own home, this is not only great for skin health, but you will be singing to the bank with the money you will save!

A must have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using this aesthetically pleasing facial steamer. It was extremely easy to use as a click of the button turns it on and it automatically shuts off after it’s 15 minute cycle. It’s adjustable nozzle conveniently control’s the steam direction as well. This was my first time actually using a facial steamer tool and I loved the results. The steam flow released in a calm and comfortable cloud-like manner during the entire duration of use. Once completed, my face felt very fresh and smooth as it opened my pores. I noticed my skincare absorbed quickly after using which was terrific. I really could noticed a difference using my everyday skincare products. I do enjoy that it also has an option to add essential oils as it gives it a more spa-like feel but due to being sensitive, I did not use this feature. PMD’s Silkstream Pro is a perfect addition to my skincare regimen and I highly recommend this one and am loving it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PMD SilkSteam Pro is a luxurious spa-grade facial steamer with SilkSteam Technology. I love that it’s easy to use and how quickly it heats up! You only need to pour in distilled water and plug it in. That’s all! It’s portable, lightweight, and doesn’t take up too much space. The steam lasts about 15 minutes and leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and refreshed. The steam helps open up my pores so my skincare products can be absorbed easily. It’s very relaxing to use this steamer! The device itself is sleek, beautiful, and aesthetically pleasing. I love that the nozzle is adjustable, and I can add essential oils using the small filters that come with the device. I only wish that the cord was longer. Effective and simple to use

Initially, I was skeptical about the benefits of using steam, but oh my goodness, the results are phenomenal. My skincare products absorb so much better into my skin now.I love incorporating the Silk Steam Pro into my routine, especially before I start my double cleansing. When I'm wearing makeup, I find that it helps remove every last trace more effectively. I turn it on during my oil cleansing and keep it on through my foaming cleanse, and it makes a noticeable difference in how well my skincare products absorb. My skin feels incredibly soft, and the improvement in brightness is astounding.This steamer has been a lifesaver, particularly now that I'm juggling an 8-month-old teething baby and a 2-year-old toddler. With so little sleep, my face usually looks tired and dull, but the Silk Steam Pro has revitalized my complexion, making it look bright and refreshed despite my lack of rest. It's made a remarkable difference, even when I occasionally skip my routine due to exhaustion. The PMD Silk Steam Pro is incredibly user-friendly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PMD’s new facial steamer, SilkSteam Pro is extremely easy to use and delivers a high quality 15 minute steam. This has quickly taken an active spot in my skincare routine in helping elevate the efficacy of my facial products.  With my combination oily skin, fine lines and hyperpigmentation, I use serum cocktails and masks a couple of times a week to help address my skin issues.  Anything that can further enhance my costly treatments is welcomed especially when it’s as relaxing as this facial steamer.  Once I press the button to turn it on, SilkSteam Pro quickly creates a steam that envelopes my face in about 30 seconds and remains consistent throughout the 15 minutes it takes for all the water to evaporate. It also has a blue light indicator to notify you it’s turned on. The steamer has an adjustable nozzle and an added bonus is that it comes with 3 felt discs that can be used to add essential oils that perfectly fit around the nozzle to further improve your steam experience. I also appreciate the size lending itself for easy storage under my bathroom sink. To access the water chamber there is a push out tray that pops open from the main body of the steamer. I wish the cord was longer, it's about 3 ft long and that it automatically shuts off when the water chamber is empty instead of having to press the on/off button to manually shut it off.

Love the machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an esthetician, I am very impressed by this at - home facial steamer.  I find this machine so user friendly, easy to set up, quick to use, and the results are almost similar as I would see in a professional setting.All in all, the set up took me about 2 minutes and the treatment session was about 15 minutes.  In less than 20 minutes, I was done.  This machine is so convenient and efficiently fast that it doesn't take out too much of my time.I love the special added touch of allowing you to incorporate your favorite essential oil into the steaming treatment.  In my treatment, I chose to use lavender and it really elevated the experience.The streams of steam are consistent throughout the entire session.  The streams never lost their steam, kept strong, and maintained continuous steam flow even towards the end of my session.I never experienced spurts of spitting hot water droplets on my face.  The machine is safe to use.  I never got burned.  The instructions provided are helpful, especially for someone new to steaming care.  I do urge you to keep your face at a safe distance from the nozzle spot where the steam is coming out.  Make sure to follow the company's guideline of safe handling.  From time to time, I would suggest moving your face instead of staying still and centered. Steam a few minutes with face centered, then move your face to the left, then to the right, and then back to the center.  This way you allow equal steaming time to the entire face.In addition, you must use distilled water.  Many don't know this, but regular tap water has minerals and may ruin the machine because of the potential build up of minerals that could clog and damage the machine.Overall, this is a winning product in my opinion.  I love the results on my skin after using the machine.  The warm steam promotes blood circulation and opens pores to purify my skin.  My skin looks rejuvenated, energized, and full of glow afterwards.  Love this machine.  It's a keeper and I highly recommend it to others.
