[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new LG refrigerator. It is so spacious inside with so much room to place items in the doors. We like the adjustable shelves and the separate drawer for meats , cheese and small items. The ice maker provides great ice and there’s so much room in the freezer. The greatest praise comes from my wife who said “ this must have been designed by a woman “.

Warrenty service sucks and still no part received

My fridge has not worked since it arrived and getting a warrenty part has been the most frustrating and horrible experience ever. Now the part sent is the wrong part and I may have to start the whole process over . We will see....... The technician is not willing to spend more time dealing with LG so no one is happy. And I still do not have a working refridgerator. If LG will get me my part THIS WEEK, I can modify this reveiw slightly!

I really regret buying this fridge. The freezer door is stuck and the only solution provided is to unplug the freezer for 2 days and spoil my food. I wish I never got a drawer version. I wish I could switch into a regular not drawer freezer

Absolutely love this fridge, except for the fact the ice maker broke within a day of having it. So then we had to wait 2 weeks before getting it fixed! Very disappointing since the main reason I got this fridge was for the ice maker in the freezer. It makes a ton of ice!

LG has the largest cubic storage counter depth model.
Price was an attractive selling point but not as nice as our previous LG. Tall items must be stored in doors as shelves are minimally adjustable. Hope we can get 10 trouble free years with this one.

this fridge is beautiful and spacious. but its only been 3 months and i am already having it serviced for a malfunctioning compressor. hopefully this is an outlier situation, and not something i have to contend with for the life of the fridge.

We like LG so replaced our 20yr old refrig with this - the closest to our old model. Some major design issues, unfortunately, they've gone backward. #1. The deep doors are annoying; unless packed full, the items clank around with each door open/close. Additionally, they make the refrigerator well past counter-depth. #2. If you open the right door first, and afterward decide to open the left side also... Look out! the vertical flap on the left door will not retract and can slam your hand if it's in the way when it's time to close the doors. #3.The deli-tray: It's crazy there is a solid top across it, that requires fully opening both doors to grab something that is right there. Our old version had a flip-up lid and I may cut this solid surface off and reinstall it with a hinge. #4. Fruit & vegetable bins have handles at the bottom, so it's ergonomically inefficient to pull open, then go up and inside the deep well; why not pull from the top to start with? #5. The ice bin in the freezer quickly turns cubes into a solid mass. Not sure what's up there.
