Film that provides print proof feature was damaged within 2 months and LG refused to cover it under warranty. Don't pay the extra money for this. Cooling temps aren't great I think do to the THIN feature

LG is TERRIBLE to work with

After two years our LG's compressor died. It's been weeks of confused phone calls and now they say they PLAN on soon sending the parts! Weeks of delay, no explanation. I am a landlord who buys lots of fridges and NEVER will buy another LG anything!

I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago and it has exceeded my expectations! Even though it is only slightly larger than my previous side-by-side, the layout allows much more storage. I like having the water dispenser inside the unit as well. The finger print resistant finish is one of my favorite features. This appliance is so easy to clean and keep clean! I enjoy all the features including the "alarm" the lets you know when you've left the door open or ajar. I would highly recommend this refrigerator!

Love having the water on the inside & ice in the huge freezer. It alerts you if you leave the doors open. I’ve gotten many compliments. If you need a counter depth this is the one, I looked at many and this is hands down the best one for your money.
