It has been 6 months now and no complaints. When I went to replace the air quality filter with the ones that said that they were compatible, they didn't fit properly. LG sent a new filter cover at no cost, that fixed the issue.

The layout is perfect and the bins in the door are big enough to put all of the tall items I use to have to store on my shelves. This opens up the shelves so I can see what is there. I use to have to take things out in order to find what was behind. The freezer bins are also spacious and hold a lot of food. I don't really like that you have to open the door to use the water dispenser but this isn't a problem for me because I chose not to hook up the water. For me this is a five star refrigerator.

We wanted (and needed) the slimmer appeal of counter-depth but also plenty of space, especially for entertaining. We love that the water dispenser is inside as we don't use it that often. Also, we don't use a lot of ice and the ice maker makes plenty enough. It even reminds us if the ice is old to dump it out. I also appreciate the app reminder to change filters or that a door is open.

There isnt anything about this new fridge that I don’t love. From the capacity for storage in the doors to the huge vegetable and meat drawers it is so spacious and well designed. I absolutely love the bottom freezer. It’s so easy to organize and find stuff. I love having the water dispenser inside the fridge and not on the door. It’s much less messy.

Love my new LG French door fridge/freezer! I came from a Bosch that got bought back due to so many repairs. So happy I chose LG! Love the interior water dispenser and easy to change filter! Ice makes rapidly inside the freezer so no melty ice jams on the door. Highly recommend!
