[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2017 we bought another very popular brand 23 cu.ft. refrigerator that we should have been happy with. It was a disaster. The in-the-door ice dispenser meant having the ice maker in the refrigerator. After replacing the ice maker and all it's component parts, that refrigerator is now in the garage to store drinks. The replacement was the LG 27 cu.ft refrigerator with the ice maker in the freezer and the drink dispenser in the refrigerator. Couldn't be happier. More space for food, Better storage organization with shelves and drawers. Bigger vegetable storage bins. More freezer space. And no more painful experiences with reliability like our not so old other brand refrigerator. LG is the best.

Ice Maker will QUIT

bought over a year ago, had new ice maker put in a month ago and this one has already stopped as well. So much for not using plastic bottle water you can thank companies like LG for crappy ice makers!

Love counter depth that dosen’t compromise size

Purchased this LG counter depth refrigerator a few months ago and enjoy it more than a previous side by side.
Seems To be just what we wanted for size and depth with great interior lighting and plenty of freezer space.
The only issue I don’t like and maybe LG has an a answer for this is the left door closes extremely hard. Unlike, the right, at times it feels like you’re going to knock something right off the door shelf if you don’t gently hold the left door as it completely closes. I don’t feel like you should have to hold the door handle until it’s completely closed with out it making a loud banging sound like somebody is slamming it shut. Please advise
