Have been enjoying my new LG 27 cubic feet, counter depth refrigerator for several weeks now and I’m very happy with my purchase. I love the roomy shelf space and storage room inside the doors. I have the extra internal door storage space since I did not select the outer water/ice dispenser. All is working very smoothly and quietly.
I had one hiccup with a dent in one of the doors upon delivery, but LG quickly arranged to replace the door and it was done very satisfactorily by their local Service Representative.

We’ve had this refrigerator for 3 weeks. We’re mostly happy with the features. Wish the freezer was a little bigger. Because the refrigerator part is so large, we would like to see more room given to the freezer. We’re kind of disappointed in the water dispenser. You only get about 12 oz of cold water. After that water is room temperature. Also it seems wasteful to need to open the door every time you want to get a drink. In retrospect, we think the LG should have put the water dispenser on the outside, without ice.

Got the fridge 3 weeks ago, due to its high rating by Homes and Gardens as the best overall model in 2023. Clean outside appearance and more storage space, thanks to the water dispenser being moved inside. Stainless steel door surfaces a welcome change, good for using magnets. Freezer door handle turns an upward angle when pulled, making it easer to open the freezer. Overall an excellent refrigerator. Highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a few weeks ago - love how much room it has compared to my old counter depth refrigerator. Lots of room for items on the door as well. Love the internal water dispenser. Decided to go this route as the old refrigerator with the in door ice and water would leak or dispense ice on the floor ruining one of my cabinets along the floor. Still getting used to the right door not suctioning or pulling closed but overall very pleased.
