Great refrigerator with a lot of room

We’ve had this French door refrigerator for a couple of months and really like. There is so much room (27 cu ft) that for two people looks empty. It’s nice to have so much room for products. The one aspect I didn’t like was the water spigot inside the refrigerator but find that the water comes out very quickly so the door isn’t open a long time. I still would have preferred it in the door like my one refrigerator had but can live with this minor setback. I don’t like ice in the door so this refrigerator is great that the ice maker is in the freezer portion. All in all we are quite pleased with this LG refrigerator.

Unsatisfactory cooling/freezing temperatures

I got this refrigerator 2 days ago. Everything looks fine, but... Temperature inside (after we turned it on) drop so slow, that it takes 2 days to reach more or less required levels. Freezer was set to -3F, but real temperature +8F. Refrigerator part was set for 33F, but reach only 40F. Plus, You don't feel cold air flowing into chamber and after opening the door temperature rises 1-2-3F (well, it's normal) but it takes an hour or more to drop back to 40F. Sorry, but I need a real refrigerator to keep my food well preserved, not nicely designed box!

Do not purchase doesn't stand by product

I give zero. Purchased refrigerator and lines on back of frig sprayed water on wall and floor while admistering water from inside of frig. Ruined our hardwood floors. Lg response is they don't install water lines and are not paying for any damage. But they sell refrigerator with water features?? Ok

Upper Cabinet Doors Will Not Open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Website does not show any photos of top of fridge! There is a box on top of the fridge that our cabinet doors will not clear! If you have a cabinet above your fridge like most people, it will need to be high enough to clear the "box" that is on top of the fridge, right behind the doors. Our cabinets will need to be raised about a half inch to accommodate this box so that the cabinet doors can open fully. A photo of the top of the fridge would have been very helpful along with more clearance measurements noting what is needed for upper cabinet clearance to allow cabinet doors to open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was forced to buy counter-depth vs std 27 cu ft b/c delievery people refused to move a 28 1/2" depth refrig through a 29" door opening. Payed $100 more, but figure meh, solves uncooperative movers. but, this has narrow shelves inside and huge door shelves --> would have preferred deeper shelves and less door shelf area. Also learned this one uses older, 4-piece-moving compressor design vs newer, single-piece-moving, so hoping it is as reliable for longer haul. Temp control is very good, like all LG's. Oh, the std 27 cu ft has multi-flow vs this filter flow, and would have liked to have had that as well. Lighting is very good inside. Haven't hooked up water line yet, but expect that will all go well, as other LG I have.

CAN'T GET A REPLACEMENT PART ..... THE DOOR BIN

I HAVE SPENT HOURS TRYING TO FIND A REPLACEMENT TO NO AVAIL .... THE ASSUMPTION IS THAT LG HAS NOT MADE REPLACEMENT PARTS AVAILABLE YET.... I HAVE OWNED THIS FRIDGE OVER A YEAR... HOW CAN THERE NOT BE REPLACEMENT PARTS?
