Looks great but after just 4 months there is a disgusting smell both too and bottom. It’s been thoroughly emptied, and cleaned m. While it was being cleaned I put all my food into a large cooler. The cooler did not smell while the food was in it. After cleaning I put food back in and smell continues. This smell is the same as my last LG fridge that had a failing compressor (this was confirmed by a technician who cane to check it).

We bought refrigerator less than a year and the evaporator fan went out. I think the water dispenser inside the refrigerator is a bad idea because we are constantly getting water and having to open the door is a bad idea. The refrigerator is losing cold air every time you open the door. I think it should be on the outside of the door.

I was looking for a fridge that would fit into a very small and narrow gap in my counter. This fridge fits perfectly. It has so much more room than my old fridge even though the footprint is a lot smaller! It really makes my weekly grocery shop for myself look tiny. I can’t ever imagine running low on room as a single person. I imagine this would house a large family’s foodstuffs without incident.
There was a minor difficulty with shipping (the promised day came and went without a peep from the delivery folks) but I got it a week later.
Overall, I have no complaints. It’s super quiet, beeps if it’s been open a bit too long, makes ice, and dispenses water. This fridge does anything anyone would want out of a fridge.

Clearance dimensions don’t take doors into account

Be aware that the overall clearances do not mention the space needed for the door to open. If this is going against a wall you won’t be able to open it even 90 degree unless you have about 3 extra inches. The doors do not align with the cabinet size and this will not fit in all spaces if you are using the dimensions LG gives you. I was luckily able to cancel my order in time.

I give zero. Purchased refrigerator and lines on back of frig sprayed water on wall and floor while admistering water from inside of frig. Ruined our hardwood floors. Lg response is they don't install water lines and are not paying for any damage. But they sell refrigerator with water features?? Ok

Unsatisfactory cooling/freezing temperatures

I got this refrigerator 2 days ago. Everything looks fine, but... Temperature inside (after we turned it on) drop so slow, that it takes 2 days to reach more or less required levels. Freezer was set to -3F, but real temperature +8F. Refrigerator part was set for 33F, but reach only 40F. Plus, You don't feel cold air flowing into chamber and after opening the door temperature rises 1-2-3F (well, it's normal) but it takes an hour or more to drop back to 40F. Sorry, but I need a real refrigerator to keep my food well preserved, not nicely designed box!
