I bought this several months ago and I am extremely happy with my new refrigerator. I love all the features including the height, adjustable glass shelves. The door bin storage is incredible. The icemakers extremely efficient and produces large quantities of device relatively quickly. Also love that I can control the refrigerator via the thinQ app.

Received in early September, so it’s still very new. Not crazy about the freezer drawer, but I’m used to a side by side. I think that’s more of a preference thing. Otherwise, so far so good. LG had to replace the air filter housing, but it was very simple and they proactively reached out to me about it. Definitely good cust service there! Hope it continues performing for many years to come (like my previous Kenmore).

Can't findthe correct air filter to fit my refrigerator. Contacted LG and never got a filter sent to me. Whole thing is ridiculous. Disgusted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was on sale and is working great. An exceptional value at a fantastic sale price. The 27 cubic foot french door refrig with freezer on the bottom has a water dispenser inside the refrig and an ice maker in the freezer.
