Small remote, touchy control until you get used to it.
Haven't figured out all the controls yet.
Not sure where to get info on setting up favorites channel.

85 inches of Pure Pleasure....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start with the Dimensions would be ideal, (85"). To next mention the absolute ingenuity to create a masterpiece of superior design, would obviously be negligent. But to engineer the "Holy Grail" of Television sets without remorse, "Priceless". What can't you say about this modern marvel, without sounding bias toward this phenomenonal creation.
If you can't appreciate the incredible display of nearly 1 Billion colors that stay true, even in the brightest scenes, then you won't understand how this should/could be compared to the Mona Lisa of TVs. With a Q4 AI Processor and A Motion Xcelerator @144Hz, along with AI-powered game optimization, and Immersive lighting that syncs with your TV. The only thing left to do is have it speak directly to you, oh wait, that's merely a vision from the past.

The TV for today and tomorrow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It had been almost 10 years since we got a new tv and I wanted to treat my hubby (and myself!) to a newer, bigger tv.
Our previous set was a Samsung as well. We made sure to get the Q8F. Technology is obsolete so quickly. That's why we went with Q8F. The Q7F is 2024 and it's already been outdated. Why get something that belongs to yesterday when I can get something for today and tomorrow? I wouldn't settle for anything less than 4K.
I couldn't believe how beautiful and vibrant the colors were-right out of the box. I hadn't even begun to tweak the settings. The refresh rate is amazing! You feel like you're in a theater. Everything is crisp and sharp. There's no delay or lag in movements.
I was pleasantly surprised at the speakers. With my old tv, I used to have to put the volume up to 30+ to be able to hear anything. Now, it's a more reasonable volume. Yes, I realize it's not surround sound but it's a quantum leap from what I was used to.
4 HDMI ports make it simple to add on any other devices I want. I was an early adopter and beta tester for the original Echo. I am thrilled and couldn't wait to connect my tv with our household.
With any new format, it took a little getting used to but once I played service with it and went through it s few times, it made more sense.
I'm extremely happy with the purchase we made and look forward to many more years being part of the Samsung family.

Changing picture size

Changing the picture size is a rather cumbersome process. I have owned several Samsung TVs, and the process for changing picture size is different for each of them. Some standardization would be helpful.
