[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer works well. Does a nice job cleaning all types if clothes. The only issue us how loud it is. That is somewhat of a problem, but not serious.ù
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer last week. It was a replacement for a worn out washer that had served us very well. The washer gets the clothes very clean. After washing over 30 loads of clothing within the last week. I agree with others that there are limitations with this washer. There is no alert that the clothes are finished besides the "done" light that appears. There is no "rinse" light, so it is difficult to know when the clothes are rinsing and project the amount of time left in the wash load. The biggest issue is the fabric softener. The is a cycle that will rinse if you would like to add fabric softener, but you cannot open the lid to add it. I was told that tge cycle is for a Downy ball which would spin so hard, it would allow the Downy ball to open. However, no Downy ball comes with the washer. You must purchase that separately.
Overall, a good washer because each load of clothes, when following the instructions manual, will get the clothes very clean. However, there are, indeed some limitations and if I could trade it for one that better met those little annoyances, I would. Whirlpool has even admitted that there are some design defects, or limitations in this washer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, the washer has performed just as it should. My clothes are as clean as they were with my old washer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very capable washer, we love it and don't understand complaints from others about noise, etc. The only bone we have to pick is that the documentation for this machine is woefully inadequate. The so-called User Manual is virtually worthless. There is no guide as to what the various console controls actually do, let alone tips on how to choose the right operating options, or what to do when, say, the load doesn't balance. Oh, sure, there are videos one can watch, and tips from other users on YouTube and similar platforms, but those are merely "dumbed-down" and sketchy guides, not formal instructions, plus they require a phone, tablet or other viewing device that may not be handy. There is no substitute for a printed and illustrated manual, which is a modest one-time expense for the manufacturer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this for a month and it is a huge improvement over our previous washer. Couldn't be happier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my top load Whirlpool! The digital buttons is new to me. The digital panel was very easy even for me and not hard to use. I love it!
