[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this washer 2 days, used it 4 times in those two days. The lid locked and was stuck on the spin mode and stopped working.. Tried resetting it several times. Called the company, they talked me through several things to try. Still did not work. They sent a service guy out to fix it. He fixed the problem, I used the washer one time and it did the exact same thing. I had to reset it several times. It is working now and fingers crossed no more problems.... Not sure if I would recommend this washer..

Solid choice for a top loader with no agitator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had it a couple of weeks but so far it is holding up nicely. I noticed when searching prior reviews that some people say this is remarkably quiet while others say it is ridiculously loud. I think the difference here comes down to what kind of washer you had before. Compared to my prior front loader, it is absurdly loud for sure. With the door to the laundry room closed, it is fine and barely noticeable. But by comparison, definately louder. But compared to prior top loaders I've had, it is actually much quieter. These types of machines are just inherently louder. Like I said though, with the laundry room door closed, it isn't a problem for me, so I won't count that against it. The reason I bought this is that I am tired of trying to clean the front door of the front loaders. They may have a lot of advantages, but I felt I could never keep that machine clean and it was making the clothes smell bad. I've also had issues with top loading agitators tearing up sheets. So, I wanted one that was top loading but without an agitator. This has been perfect so far. I did notice that one load of heavily soiled clothes didn't get terribly clean until I used the deep water option. It just didn't feel like it was using enough water for a thorough clean. Once I re-ran it with that cycle though it was fine. I think it will take some experimenting to find the right cycle for the right type of load. But in the end, it is getting the clothes clean. And unlike my past machine, there is nothing I need to do to clean an maintain the machine itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!
