Fabric softener dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe you would make a washer without a fabric softener dispenser. Not having a soap dispenser works because you can just throw the soap in. But you need a dispenser for the fabric softener. And those balls for fabric softener only work part of the time. The rest of the time you end up with stained clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer does not do the job. One set of queen sized bed sheets come out dripping wet after a normal wash cycle, so I have to run an additional rinse and spin cycle to get them dry enough to put in the dryer. It also does not meet my expectations for regular washing - the clothes don't always come out clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
