Best decision ever!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went back to a top load washer. I've went through 4 front load washers and am very happy with this top load model. No smells, no door hanging open, no bending over to unload it. Very satisfied with purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Whirlpool top-load washer is very capable, recently replacing another manufacturer's machine that would never balance and spin properly. We'd enthusiastically recommend Whirlpool if it were not for the fact that their documentation on the machine is virtually non-existent. No manual came with the washer, the downloadable manual on the Website is sketchy at best, and videos found on the Web are either sales pitches from the factory, or users' how-to videos that are amateurish and subjective. What's missing is an explanation of the various controls on the machine, tips on when to use what cycles under what conditions, and a shortlist of possible problems and their solutions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have done a few loads of clothing and thought the washer did a good job. Then I washed a 3x4 floor rug 2 days ago. After the cycle was done the rug was still sopping with water so I put it on the "Drain & Spin" option expecting it to spin again removing more of the water. It began a whole rinse cycle adding more water before spinning. That was 2 days ago and the rug is still laying in the washer sopping wet and too heavy to put in the dryer. Is there a way to have it run just a spin cycle without adding the water?
