Doesn't wash well.

No!, I didn't over stuff the washer.
No!, it wasn't under water level, I even used the Deep water cycle.
Some clothes still come out spotted dry areas.

Instructions would be helpful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old washer was leaking,so it was time to replace it. I am enjoying the much larger capacity but am very frustrated with the lack of instructions- in print and online. I have no idea what some buttons do. The store employee Googled my questions and still couldn’t answer them. Frustrating.

Horrible. Do not purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer broke within 8 months of purchase. When we contacted the warranty department they were nearly impossible to get a hold of and nobody showed up for the appointment. We had to purchase a new washer (not whirlpool) and received nothing for the warranty. This was the worst service. If you call the company you'll be on hold for an hour that is if you even get through to anyone. Seriously, go a with a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
