Nice washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my Impeller washer, but the only thing I don't like about it is when my clothes is done it doesn't notify me. This is why I gave 4 stars. Other then that it work really good, clothes come out smell very clean. The Whirlpool I had before it has a beep sounds notify me when it's done.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well, but lacks some features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer works very well and matched the product description. However, I did not realize it is missing some of the features, which I liked, that my previous washer had. This washing machine does not have a tray where the detergent is placed, nor does it have a reservoir for bleach. Instead, detergent and/or bleach must be poured into the main compartment on top of or next to your clothes. Thus far, all loads have come out well, but I know I have had issues in the past were a high concentration of detergent or bleach on a garment has caused discoloration.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our last washer for over 25 years, so using this was a bit of a learning curve. However, it was pretty easy. You just choose a setting and the washer does everything for you. We really like it.

Not as great as I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn’t have a place for fabric softener I had to go out and buy the Downey ball. Also when it’s off balance it won’t alert you and there is no way to get the machine to unlock and fix it. Also had and experience where the clothes were still soaking wet and when I tried to do just a rinse and spin cycle it became off balance again.
