[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two months ago replacing my previous washer I bought in 2008. Its attention to detail around human factors is great. It’s most intuitive. Thanks again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this about 6 weeks and I love doing laundry now! I I needed a new dryer and decided to get a new washer sane time. So glad I did!! Not having the agitator helps with comforters , ability to do deep water option and the faucet setting is so helpful. I am so happy I changed out my older front loader of a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this two weeks ago. It is a pretty basic washer with no extras. No visible timer, no dispensers. You have to listen carefully for when to add softener. A good basic machine if you have the patience.

We like everything except it lacks audible signal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the washer for a little over a week and so far we're happy with it. My only complaint is that it doesn't have an end of cycle signal which is why I didn't give it five stars. The laundry room is in the basement so you can't necessarily hear when the washer stops running but we're starting to learn how long the different cycles take.

Good Washer, Minor Complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only owned this washer for about 2 weeks, but I am pretty well satisfied with it, it gets the clothes clean like a washer should. I do have some complaints though. For starters, it is needlessly complicated, and does not have an owner's manual. I should not have to refer to the internet to figure it out. The "slow close" and locking lid is a pain. I have been doing my own laundry for 60 years (since I was eight), and have never slammed the lid on my hand. Why do I have to wait for the lid to close? The lid lock mechanism is a pain. How many times have you forgotten to throw something in? Why stop the washer and then have to restart it? And, yes, a normal wash cycle takes an hour. My 2008 Whirlpool that I replaced didn't take that long to do the job. I have owned Whirlpool my entire life, and my parents before me. When I called to register the machine, the guy on the other end just wanted to sell me an extended warranty. I told him I've never needed one from his company, and I'd better not need one now.
